So, assuming we all had a good time and ate a decent amount of everything, there are a few things I'd like to point out. These are subtleties that can make a difference, especially the lack of foil to keep the arrosticini warm, which cooled immediately after being served. In my opinion, the arrosticini themselves could have been cooked a minute or two longer. All in all, though, the food was good, with a beautiful view from Tortoreto Alta.

Great place to spend the evening with friends. I always order arrosticini, both sheep and beef liver and the fried cheese. We also ordered pinsa which was very tasty but rather expensive for the amount of good you get. It was rather tiny. The owner was very welcoming and the atmosphere amazing

Beautiful location, delicious arrosticini, especially the liver and onion ones. The service was unsurpassed, fast and accurate. I've been back and will definitely be back.

03/09/2025: Located in the historic village at the highest point of Colonnella, with large windows and a breathtaking view, the food disappointed us. Tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffles: a dish with disjointed flavors. Spaghetti alla teramana: a sweet and too runny sauce. Tripe: better to let it soak for half an hour longer. Desserts: an excessive variety of tarts, generally better for breakfast and snacks than as an after-dinner dessert. Service: fast, consistent with the rushed cuisine. Prices are moderately high.

Ristorante Pizzeria Columbus

06/01/2026: Restaurant overlooking the port of Giulianova. Excellent food and service. The dining room is a bit dated, but clean and bright. Traveling by campervan, I stop for lunch or dinner every time I pass through the Adriatic coast, either on the way there or back. Clean restrooms. They happily welcome four-legged friends. Highly recommended.
03/01/2026: The Olympic Flame Relay's stopover was excellent. The food and service were excellent!
