A restaurant in the center of Tortoreto Alto, with a wonderful panoramic view from the outside. Reservations are required, and in some cases they may have two sittings, so ask. The food is excellent; the meat is excellent, and the service is also very efficient, run mostly by women. The platter of classic cured meats includes a perfect warm focaccia (although the mortadella is a bit out of place in Abruzzo). The fried cheese was good (although, in my humble opinion, a larger slice could have been used, given the price), and the side vegetables were very good. Let's move on to the meat: a wonderful Picanha (although it didn't look like 300g), perfectly cooked, and a wonderful Heifer Cuberoll with a griddle to control the cooking—I have nothing else to say about that. We also tried the arrosticini (which, given their size, aren't Abruzzo arrosticini); they weigh 30g. And they're hand-cut, which justifies the price. Both the classic and the liver are good, but not the best. I was hoping to taste better. Perhaps because of their size, which compromises both cooking and tenderness. A restaurant located in the village of Tortoreto Alto. I visited with my girlfriend and had a truly magnificent dinner. The restaurant offers a large outdoor space for dining both inside and out. In addition to the usual rustic dishes like arrosticini, antipasti, and focaccia, I highly recommend the Black Angus burger—an explosion of flavor! A highly recommended restaurant for all families! Plus, I even get to play my accordion there!

Excellent management, charming location, generous portions, the best arrosticini I've had in Tortoreto. Returned again this year, always top-notch, highly recommended.

Now a regular stop every year, and as always, the staff are super friendly and very helpful, the food is super excellent. The price is very fair. I'd say after a 600km drive it's worth it ❤️

very good food but terrible service. very nice waitress, but 5 minutes after ordering we received the cold cuts platter that should have accompanied the fritters that arrived another 5 minutes after the platter. the pinsas arrived shortly after the appetizer, while the hamburgers and arrosticini arrived when the pinsas had already been consumed. another thing that we didn't like was that every time a person finished their plate was collected. wonderful place and fair price.
