High quality fish restaurant, a mix of Roman and Sardinian cuisine that I really appreciated. The tonnarelli cacio e pepe with pink prawns SPECTACULAR! Excellent choice of wines expertly recommended by the restaurant manager Alessio. I will gladly return. Price absolutely in line with the quality and location.

Everything perfect, from the entré offered, to the dishes chosen. Everything is very well looked after, attentive but not intrusive service, quality raw materials, refined cuisine and normal portions. Very honest prices for the service and dishes offered. We had a fish starter and a tasting of starters, always fish, two fish first courses, a dessert, a bottle of white wine, water, bitters, all for €105.

Elegant and refined restaurant, from the photos on Google it inspired us a lot due to the dishes published by other users. The location is nice, in shades of white with minimal furnishings. The atmosphere is elegant, silent, with jazz music in the background. Inside there was a perfect temperature, air conditioning present (given the heat) but not excessively. The service was impeccable, the boy who welcomed us was really kind and helpful (I'm not a fish lover, while my girlfriend is) in meeting my needs. Once you order they bring you some breadsticks made by them and a very good entrée, then some warm bread they produce with oil and salt. The delicious and refined courses, divinely executed: my girlfriend took the cacio e pepe tonnarelli with prawn and lime tar tar, while I ordered the sea bass steak with a broccoli and potato puree. According to both of us, the cacio e pepe was the best they had ever tried, while my fillet was very tender, cooked to perfection and the cream underneath was perfectly balanced. At the end of both courses, since we were both full (even if the servings were a little small) we didn't order other dishes, but they brought us some delicious biscuits and some damp placemats to clean our hands. The customer care is extremely respectful and attentive, the food is delicious and finally the price is truly excellent compared to the quality of the products eaten: €46 for two with a first course, a second course, water and a glass of wine. A restaurant with attention to food, service and location. An elegant and essential place in its furnishings, it gives you the feeling of a place that welcomes you, with the right space dedicated to everyone. Suitable for both a couple's dinner and more. Even the silence you experience - which is very strange for a restaurant - gives you the opportunity to fully enjoy your dinner and savor the experience. The food is refined, tasty and very balanced, starting with a very tasty entrée, followed by a good trio of appetizers and a very good first course of tonnarelli cheese and pepper with cod and pink prawn tartare. Among other things - which I greatly appreciated as I don't always like raw - they lightly seared my fish (where possible without distorting the dish). Very good attention to raw materials (which is crucial for me) starting from the olive oil being tasted, bread and breadsticks produced by them. The service guys (hi guys) are elegant, professional and pleasantly warm. Price?..just one trio of starters which we divided into two, two first courses, two glasses of wine and water. 60 euros 😉. Uno dei migliori locali in zona per rapporto qualità prezzo, grande cortesia del proprietario, piatti eccezionali, locale molto bello, ormai il Minerva è una tappa fissa quando passiamo di qui! Vivamente consigliato! Complimenti! Continuate così!

Siamo stati a cena il ristorante non è grandissimo ma il servizio e le portate sono sicuramente di livello buono. Abbiamo atteso un po’ per la prima portata ma ci hanno servito un entree interessante
