Mimmo in the dining room and Lucio in the kitchen... a duo of "old" restaurateurs (since 1968) who respect their profession... we had a sea salad, Oglio spaghetti, 2 pizzas, Vongole stir-fry, fried anchovies... everything was fresh and extremely delicious

It had been years since we had dinner at Mimmo and Lucio's, I had excellent memories of it and I was pleased to see that the courtesy is always the same and the cuisine is always perfect. The peppered mussels are delicious, Mimmo's aubergines are super, and the final touch is the house tiramisu.

Were in Salerno and looked on Google for real Italian home cooking and came across this restaurant. Service very good, food very good 👍🏼

A wonderful, very simple and tasty restaurant. Clear menu. Some kind of homely atmosphere. Inexpensive dishes.

I arrived at the store around 10pm, but they welcomed me kindly.
The two of us received one bottle of water, one glass of white wine (one small bottle), and the specialty bean pasta and vongole. Total cost: 31 euros including table service of bread.
The white wine was a crisp house wine from Campania and was very good.
The specialty was so delicious that I was curious about the recipe. White kidney beans? And pork, tomato and bean paste? A simple pasta.
I think the spaghetti in Vongole was a little raw. At least it was too hard to be called al dente. Is the seasoning a little light?
Overall it was a great restaurant. It was my last day in Salerno, and I regret not coming earlier.

Excellent Italian food. Pleasant atmosphere, incredibly kind, smiling and helpful staff, that we returned to the place 2 more times. We really felt at home. Aglio, olio e peperoncino, bolognese, amatriciana, tiramisu, everything tasted great. We also received a tasting of limoncello at the company's expense. We highly recommend visiting this establishment!

After ten days in Rome, Salerno and the Amalfi coast, I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant the most. Very cozy atmosphere and great food. The staff made us feel very welcome and was fun to interact with.

Wow, such a lovely restaurant, a real authentic family place to eat. The owner was such a lovely friendly man, who was born in Amalfi and spoke about it fondly. The restaurant has beautiful paintings inside of surrounding areas.
The food was just amazing, I had marinated anchovies to start, then seafood spaghetti, and then lemon tiramisu. The wine is just so good, and so cheap to buy, but the service made it all. Please visit this place if you come to Salerno, it is just a little further up than some of the other places to eat so dont miss it.

Locale gestione familiare con cucina salernitana e pizzeria.
Ottima pasta e fagioli e ottimi totani con patate. Dolci della casa Tiramisu e pastiera.
