Il Mediterraneo isn't just a restaurant, it's also home!
Freshness and quality are the two qualities that set them apart from the rest.
Coming back here is always a joy...I highly recommend it to everyone!
PS. The grilled octopus with stracciata and broccoli, spaghetti with clams, and grilled fish are SUPERB!!!

The place is cozy, the service very attentive, but the food is SPECTACULAR. The tuna tartare is exquisite, the prawn tartare is the best I've ever tasted. Fresh fish, perfectly prepared. They even have spaghetti pomodoro for the kids with a delicious tomato sauce.

A delicious dinner and a truly enjoyable culinary experience! The grilled sea bream in salt and the Sicilian-style cod were exquisite, and the Mediterranean-style escarole was truly delicious. Considering the fresh fish and the comfortable atmosphere, nothing was missing. The courtesy and kindness of the staff completed the experience, making the evening even more special.
The price was right. I highly recommend it.

The Mediterraneo restaurant in Salerno offers an excellent culinary experience. The dishes are simple but well-prepared. The ingredients are incredibly fresh. One of the best seafood restaurants I've ever been to. The owners and service are friendly and approachable. You feel right at home! I highly recommend it!

Have you visited this place by recommendation of our Airbnb house Pasquale. They served fresh catch of the day which was Seabass. Everything was absolutely delightful.

We ate very well, there were 3 of us. The appetizers were top-notch: mussel soup, tuna tartare, and the freshest octopus and cuttlefish salad. Then we had a delicious tuna steak, which tasted like meat. Then we had the grilled fish (sea bass), which was superb! Highly recommended. If I could, I would have given it 10 stars. Go there if you want to eat truly fresh fish!
