I had an amazing dining experience at Medel Ristorante! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was simply outstanding—fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and beautifully presented dishes. The service was friendly and attentive, the server Alina was always smiling making the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Italian meal!

This is the third year when i went to Ristorante Medel and always was the same. The food was great, the atmosphere was amaizing and the server Alina helped us with everything. Would highly reccomend.

The only flaw I speak from other experiences in the valley, you can't charge for a bottle of water €4/50 Water of the kind that comes out of taps like (Beer). For the rest, a unique place in terms of beauty, attention to detail, super attentive, courteous and dedicated staff.

Innnanzi tutto complimenti perché sono sempre aperti anche quando tutta selva è chiusa, ristorante molto caratteristico e ben arredato in ambiente tirolese. Mangiato una buona pizza e un ottimo strudel di mele con la vaniglia. Prezzi in linea con quelli della valle che non è economica. Pizza, dolce e birra 30 euro. Comodo parcheggio e personale gentile. Consigliato

Esperienza sicuramente valida, resa molto positiva dall approccio e competenza di Roberto che ci ha guidato alla perfezione. Consigliato anche se un po' caro ma d altronde la val Gardena è così..

The menu offers classics of Mexican cuisine, such as burritos, fajitas and nachos, prepared with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the relaxed atmosphere makes the experience pleasant. During peak hours, waiting times can get a little longer, but overall the service is attentive. If you are looking for an evening of Tex-Mex without too many pretensions, Charro's is a good option to consider in Bolzano. A place that can be appreciated for its simplicity and for the dishes that manage to satisfy the desire for exotic flavours.
30/09/2024: Nice place. We eat TexMex, and I have to say that what I ate was pleasant. You pay the right amount, too bad there is no parking nearby.

11/11/2024: Wir sind spontan Essen gegangen und haben dieses Lokal gefunden. Gut bürgerliches Lokal mit solider Küche. Kleine Kritik, das Essen war nicht sehr heiß, aber schmackhaft.
