From the very beginning, I appreciated his professionalism, integrity, commitment to quality, and passion for his work. Over the years, I've continued to appreciate the deliciousness and authenticity of his dishes. What can I say about Matambre? A welcoming place, extremely friendly service, and top-quality food.
