A wonderful discovery for me, after a family experience I'd had recently. I received a pleasant welcome, typical of a friendly, approachable, and just-the-right-time staff. Tasty food for all tastes, even for the most discerning and discerning family. Hearty dishes, as if to say, "Next... I can't take it anymore..." An excellent, so to speak... feast... definitely worth repeating and recommending to anyone looking to spend a full day filled with warmth, smiles, and... wines.

Yesterday, November 8, 2025, I had the pleasure of lunch at this restaurant at the Petina exit on the A2 SA-RC motorway. Tired of quick meals during my long business trip, I found a comfortable, slow-food atmosphere. The table was next to the chef, who was cooking in front of us...a true luxury these days! This way, the customer can watch the entire preparation of their dish. Plus, the food was quality, and I didn't pay much either (€20 for an appetizer and a first course with a glass of red wine). I'll definitely be back!

Every time I come here, it's a confirmation. It's not just about eating well (which would be enough, because the pizzas and dishes are always delicious and plentiful), but about feeling welcomed. Here, you're not just a customer, you're a friend. The owner is a wonderful person: helpful, kind, always smiling, and with that care that makes you feel at home. The prices are very fair; in fact, the value for money is surprising, because what you take away in satisfaction is worth so much more. And then the location... in such a beautiful little village, it's even more pleasant to come and relax, eat well, and spend time in company. It's truly a pleasure to return every time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant, carefree evening.

After our usual annual stroll through the chestnut groves, we stopped for lunch at this welcoming restaurant in Petina. Delicious dishes, excellent ingredients, wine that tastes like wine, and a warm welcome awaited us. We've found a great place to stay for those of us who love visiting the area and have often had to give up due to the lack of good places to eat. A well-deserved five stars, and we'll definitely be back. Thank you.

After a wonderful visit to the Pertosa-Auletta Caves, we were looking for a good place to eat and stumbled upon the small village of Petina almost by chance. There, we discovered Ristorante Marino, a true hidden gem. We were greeted with rare warmth and kindness by the owner, who immediately made us feel at home. We decided to start with the appetizer and... we couldn't go any further! We were literally won over by the quantity, variety, and, above all, the exceptional quality of everything served. A triumph of authentic and genuine flavors, with the freshest local products, prepared with care and passion. Cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, fried foods, and many other local specialties were worth the entire meal. Each course was better than the last, an experience that delighted our palate. Ristorante Marino is the perfect place for those seeking authentic Cilento cuisine, a family atmosphere, and impeccable hospitality. If you're in the area, don't miss it. We'll definitely be back to try the first and second courses, but the appetizer alone is worth a visit. Highly recommended!

A spectacle, plenty of quality food, endless starters, the first course served in the "Panella" bread was exquisite, and to conclude, since we were stuffed, the wild strawberry ice cream was the icing on the cake of a lunch that deserved 110 cum laude.

Every time it's like coming home. A group of six friends came for lunch. Francesco in the dining room is attentive to the customers, professional yet friendly, with his brother in the kitchen churning out delicacies using excellent ingredients, and the whole family who make this restaurant truly special. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
