I came across this pizzeria by chance because I was passing through Maddaloni, a quiet place, very kind and professional staff, and I was finally able to enjoy a noteworthy pizza, honest prices.

We came across this restaurant by chance, passing through as a couple, and we were really satisfied! The place was very busy that evening, a sign of a good reputation. We ordered a seafood pizza: it's not the classic Neapolitan deep and soft one, but it was really excellent, well cooked and with top quality ingredients. The mixed fried food was also crunchy and tasty, without being greasy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we noticed many tables ordering fish dishes which looked really appealing, particularly the mussel soup. The prices are average, but the quality of the food is definitely superior. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

30/09/2025: I found dishes different from other places and very good.
29/09/2025: Good morning. Today we drove to Caianiello to take the A16 to Benevento. We stopped in Vairano Scalo at the Osteria del Baccalà, finding the restaurant on Maps. With a little foresight, I thought "THEY ONLY EAT COD." That was fine. I spent more than I thought, and when I return (I will return!) I'll only order the main courses and then mop up the sauce. The first courses are simply pasta topped with the main course sauce...a bit redundant. Ignorant location. Be careful ⚠️ don't get involved with the Professor, the owner. He's a good guy but can be arrogant because he wants to teach you something. Recommendation.

Ristorante-Pizzeria Il Vulcano dal Marpione

12/10/2025: The faces and kindness of the two wonderful ladies who wander around the tables would be enough to make you want to visit this place. But the food is even better. Believe me, it's worth it.
28/09/2025: A family-run restaurant that uses excellent, locally sourced ingredients. Good prices and attentive, friendly service. We'll definitely be back.
