For the second time holiday stay at Maria Risaria with the family. Great location. Quiet and clean. Nice swimming pool. Rich and varied buffet menu. Very friendly and helpful staff. The attention of the reception more or less... we went for 3 days and they gave me a room with air conditioning that did not work, that is to say that they do not test things before granting them. They upgraded me to a room momentarily where the air was not very superior, but it worked better. Saving the detail is that if you used the toilet, your legs had to be put in the shower tray. The bathroom a disaster. But I let it be known that on the third day I would change the room with better functionality and so it was... very good... that is, in the 3 days that we stayed I have lost almost a day in room changes.

Recommended hotel. The service is excellent, at the reception the staff is friendly and always smiling, the location is optimal as it is a few steps from the pedestrian area of ​​the town, the food is of good quality, large rooms, very clean and well furnished, if I have to make a in fact, perhaps the bathroom door could be changed, because it is definitely too worn.

The only flaw among many pleasant confirmations, the sanitary fixtures too (a little too much) attached to the shower. For the rest, starting from breakfast, cleanliness and courtesy, only top!

Extremely professionally managed. All staff from housekeeping to the restaurant to reception are very friendly and accommodating. Requests are processed immediately and implemented at short notice. Restaurant is highly recommended and also very attractively priced. Room was ok and spacious with a terrace with table and chairs and a clothes horse. Only the mattresses were very sagging, which were replaced at short notice after being informed at reception. All in all a great stay at this hotel.

A few steps from the center of Orosei, this hotel-restaurant-pizzeria, although in need of a "refresh" of the infrastructure, was a wonderful surprise.. very kind staff.. top pizzeria.. very good restaurant.. really recommended!
