Impeccable service and menu, a special experience

The Pani family is a guarantee for eating well in Ventimiglia. It is very nice to be able to have lunch and dinner on the veranda during the summer.

Super restaurant..we have been going there for years and it never disappoints, in fact it always surprises us.....Diego is the number one chef and the reception room is perfect...You feel at home. Well done

This restaurant offers a pleasant setting and quality service worthy of a 4-star establishment. However, the prices charged do not match the dishes served, which remain simple and particularly rich in fat, without offering a real taste experience. The wine list starts at €35 per bottle. For my part, I chose spaghetti with clams, but I was disappointed: the clams were overcooked, the pasta was bathed in excess parsley butter, and the quantity served left something to be desired.

Restaurant de bord de mer spécialisé dans le poisson et autres produits de la mer (si vous n’aimez pas cela, n’y allez pas car il y a aucune autre option !). Prix assez élevés, terrasse assez sympa (réservez pour avoir de la place). Poisson du jour excellent dont les filets sont levés devant vous, servi avec une bonne sauce. En revanche très peu convaincue par le plat « gran fritto » : des petits poissons, crevettes et calamars frits, servis avec une mini sauce aïoli qui ne suffit même pas à la moitié du plat et… sans rien avec (même pas un brin de salade). Pour 28€, ça fait cher la friture, et c’était sec ! J’enlève donc une étoile pour cela et une autre étoile car le personnel s’est littéralement crié dessus pendant notre repas pendant de longues minutes. Délicat vu le standing du restaurant… Mitigée donc !

Très bon service ajouté à la qualité de la cuisine gastronomique. Nous avons redécouvert cette maison qui mérite le macaron Michelin.

An excellent time spent in this Italian restaurant! The dishes are prepared with fresh, quality products, and you really feel the attention to detail in each recipe. The pizzas are perfectly cooked with a thin and tasty dough, and the homemade pasta is a delight. The atmosphere is warm, and the service is attentive, although sometimes a little long during busy periods. An address to recommend for lovers of authentic Italian cuisine!

To do if you are in the area. The portions are a little light for big eaters but this is compensated by the excellent quality of the cuisine and the service.
