We arrived the evening before Ferragosto (August 15th) and were seated despite the late hour and our lack of reservation. The food was spectacular, and the staff was courteous and polite. Highly recommended, especially the octopus risotto 🐙

We dined at this restaurant during our trip and were thrilled. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously maintained, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. The food was truly delicious: beautifully presented dishes, fresh ingredients, and authentic flavors. The octopus risotto in particular was exceptional, a must-try! The wine selection was also excellent, and the price/quality ratio was more than fair for the quality. Highly recommended for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. We'll definitely be back!

We went for dinner. Round tables, even for two, were carefully set, and despite being adjacent to the beach, they managed to create an elegant atmosphere. Attentive and professional waiters presented the dishes, explaining their preparation and ingredients. The dishes were beautifully presented and truly delicious. My spaghetti dish with anchovy pesto and unsalted butter proved that a simple dish can be...excellent. The prices were high, as was the quality of the offerings.

Very good restaurant on the beach, which you can't see but there is a beautiful garden where eating is pleasant. The food is exquisite and the cellar 😱 it's enough to make you lose your Latin there are so many references! In terms of price we spent 100€ for two with two aperitivo, a starter, two main courses, a bottle of wine and two digestives 😊.

This year, too, I couldn't miss a stop at Marco Polo. The service and atmosphere are excellent, and the food is exceptionally good, with classic dishes revisited and lightened by the chef without distorting the original character. The desserts are sublime. The prices are higher than the average for restaurants in Ventimiglia, but we're on a different level. There's no recommendation, or the garden isn't maintained adequately. A thorough overhaul would be a good idea at the beginning of the season.

Restaurant de bord de mer spécialisé dans le poisson et autres produits de la mer (si vous n’aimez pas cela, n’y allez pas car il y a aucune autre option !). Prix assez élevés, terrasse assez sympa (réservez pour avoir de la place). Poisson du jour excellent dont les filets sont levés devant vous, servi avec une bonne sauce. En revanche très peu convaincue par le plat « gran fritto » : des petits poissons, crevettes et calamars frits, servis avec une mini sauce aïoli qui ne suffit même pas à la moitié du plat et… sans rien avec (même pas un brin de salade). Pour 28€, ça fait cher la friture, et c’était sec ! J’enlève donc une étoile pour cela et une autre étoile car le personnel s’est littéralement crié dessus pendant notre repas pendant de longues minutes. Délicat vu le standing du restaurant… Mitigée donc !
