A small family-run restaurant in the heart of the Laga woods. We had a porcini mushroom lunch, and it was delicious and perfectly cooked. The maltagliati with porcini and chestnut sauce is highly recommended. The owner is truly helpful, friendly, and attentive to service and the needs of her guests. We'll definitely return.

The setting says it all. Pozza, a hamlet of Acquasanta, site of battles and brutal reprisals during the 1944-45 civil war between Nazi-Fascists and partisans, a few houses, some still under restoration, a few souls left to testify to the ancestral attachment to these places of mountains and extraordinary waterfalls. Mother and daughter, both mushroom pickers, one in the kitchen and one in the dining room. Their cuisine is down-to-earth, flavorful, and never predictable. The gentle roughness of those who know you're just passing through and they're here year-round. A pop-up atmosphere, amidst mountains that are rock, in every sense of the word. Mushrooms, of course. I recommend the appetizer selection. And the pasta dishes. We'll be back for the fried fish, hoping to stop by when it's available. Open all day as a bar and restaurant, but only for lunch as a restaurant.

A restaurant with quality food and excellent service. We were pleasantly surprised. We had the porcini mushroom appetizer, and it was amazing, as were the arrosticini. The coconut dessert was superb. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back.

A very unique place, found almost by chance. It was like stepping back in time, not so much for the ambiance, but rather for the pace and quality of the products. A very peaceful place that allows you to savor local and central Italian specialties, without all the modern gimmicks, with simple and authentic dishes that are truly delicious for that very reason.

In a place where no one would open a restaurant, especially after the earthquake that cut the legs off any trade, you can eat with so much satisfaction for the taste buds and so much attention to service.
The pasta is fresh pasta, the mushrooms - which as logical in this season cannot be fresh - of excellent quality.
The service, carried out with friendly courtesy, is impeccable and makes you feel at home even if it is the first time you go there.
A 360 degree applause to this place.
