Ristorante Lorelei In Sorrento

Terrazza mozzafiato sulla costiera sorrentina, servizio attento e mai invadente, piatti curatissimi, qualitativamente eccelsi, sapori bilanciati, particolari e quantità giuste per non andare via con la fame (come spesso accade nei ristoranti stellati). 330€ non sono poche per una cena per due persone (3 portate a testa ed una bottiglia di bianco da 60€) pero’…. Giustificatissimi!!! Non è un ristorante “da tutte le sere” ma per un’occasione speciale difficile trovare di meglio! CONSIGLIATISSIMO! Piu’ che una cena… un’esperienza! P.s. La carta degli Oli… la ciliegina sulla torta!!!

Our dinner was very good and the ambience was great. The service was nice and courteous. We found the many repetitions in the large menu a shame. We had amberjack twice, tuna tartare twice and very often basil as decoration. The menu should be reconsidered. The wine accompaniment was harmonious but described very briefly and succinctly at the table. In my opinion, just reading the label is no longer enough. These are little things that would certainly round off the experience.

The view was absolutely stunning, and the food was good, but a bit underwhelming considering the price. This was my first ever Michelin Star restaurant experience, and I expected the food to blow me away. However, I feel as though I've had better dishes at lesser restaurants. The staff was also very stuck up. I felt like I was being judged by them the whole meal, and that they could tell I wasn't used to high end restaurants, and looked down on me because of that. All in all, the food wasn't worth the hefty price tags, and I think the staff could make the atmosphere more inviting and not so elitist.

Service and good energy were perfect, start to finish (hostess, servers, sommelier). View and sunset were stunning. Food was delicious and creative and reflected the best of Mediterranean Italy. We will definitely be back.

We went to The Lorelei for our final night in Sorrento and we were not only impressed, we were treated to a true dining experience! We did not know going in that it is a Michelin restaurant, but we now know why! Incredible food from an amazing Chef, wonderful service, and an ambience that is second to none! Try The Lorelei on the testing menu…you won’t regret it!

Absolutely incredible restaurant from 5 star service to 5 star food and scenery in sorrento! We did the 5 course tasting menu and picked our own wine and each dish was presented and tasted delicious! A must go to if you visit sorrento!

A truly unforgettable evening of Italian fine dining - fresh seafood, vegetables, pasta, bread - all done to perfection. You get a choice of olive oil with your tasting menu - something I’ve never seen before! The service was incredibly attentive, and we got a special presentation for the bottle of wine that we have picked. The only downside was having to sit inside (as we went in December!) and not enjoy the majestic view!
