Impeccable service, the restaurant was certainly elegant, with a splendid view of the lake despite being there in winter. The first courses were not bad, and the plating was very attentive. The second courses and salad were less so: the vegetable base and the portions were too small, which didn't go well with the price. The flavors were good. The petit fours were appreciated. Perhaps a smaller disparity between the prices and portions of the second courses would have made the bill more reasonable.

The portions are small, as is typical in elite restaurants. The view of the lake is magnificent. However, the chairs (outdoor ones) could be more stable and comfortable.

A very formal atmosphere, an old-fashioned setting, and prices that are beyond comprehension (even for a Parisian), for cuisine that's ultimately decent but average, or even less. As soon as a dish contains a noble product, the price skyrockets, and there's little flavor. Up to €68 for the lobster, which is served in a salad with four chopped, raw, and completely uncooked vegetables. Nothing I couldn't make at home. For such a price and such little effort on the plate, we sent the dish back, replaced it with six truffle tortellini, and didn't order dessert. The restaurant didn't charge for the lobster, but €120 upon arrival for three glasses of wine and two primi piatti. That said, the service was very good and the view beautiful.
