Ristorante L’Incontro In Grotteria

16/07/2025: I dined with my family twice at this trattoria, which I'd never been to before, and it turned out to be a delicious surprise. The first time, a meat menu with truly typical local flavors, and the second time, a very fresh fish menu, from appetizer to main course. In addition to the excellent quality of the ingredients and traditional flavors, I found great hospitality, courtesy, and customer service. Excellent value. My compliments to all the staff and a special thanks to Paola for her professionalism and great friendliness.

07/05/2025: First of May wandering around the Ionian coast and desperately looking for a place to have lunch. Everything closed or almost full. We pass by this open restaurant and give it a try. They have a complete menu for the party for 30 euros but we are in a hurry and would be happy with a quick first course. They are kind and prepare a table for us that has just become available. We take a double taste of the first courses on today's menu, macaroni with pork sausage and strozzapreti with courgettes and bacon (I think), with a nice big bottle of fresh water. They are even quick with their service, even though the place is full. The food is also good. The surprise when we got the bill when they charged us a total of 17 euros! . What can I say? Thanks again.
