A special place! I've been there for both dinner and breakfast. Both were fantastic experiences, but breakfast was especially delightful. Super rich and made with all local products. The service was superb. I'll definitely be back.

Superb! A place nestled in the Apulian countryside. Very friendly staff. Delicious food: the tomato and stracciatella tart and the crostatina are my favorites. When the ingredients are fresh and high-quality, even the most seemingly simple dishes become superb. Excellent value.

I had the pleasure of dining at Lilith and was deeply impressed. An elegant and refined place, where every detail is tastefully and authentically curated. The cuisine showcases Salento traditions with a modern and respectful approach: flavors of the past, revisited with intelligence, balance, and creativity.
Each dish is a journey through memory, yet with an eye to the future. Selected ingredients, harmonious pairings, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that invites you to slow down and fully enjoy the moment.

Have you ever seen the movie or read the book "Eat, Pray, Love"?
Do you remember Elizabeth's stay in Italy and the conversation with an acquaintance in which she complains about how she's gained weight, and she, as a solution, offers her to buy bigger jeans? Well, that's my experience of this part of Italy.
Wonderful food is everywhere, and visiting restaurants is a special story.
Last night we visited Lilit. The very name of Adam's first companion, the dark side of the moon, already gives it some mystical power, and the ambiance itself, starting from entering through the gate, further emphasizes it.
As it says on the menu, the offer of fantastic dishes is based on the cuisine of their grandmothers, enriched with innovations, experimental dishes with a reliance on tradition.
Proof of this was the very beginning of the meal, when, along with the obligatory pieces of bread and olive oil, we were offered sage and tomato spreads with focaccia, meatballs made like pâté, a glass of juice with very little alcohol, and triangles of very thin grilled buns, mayonnaise and garlic sauce, and zucchini rings fried in oil and seasoned with mint and vinegar.
We could have ended it with this, without further ado, but then came the Danish pastry full of butter and dried neck slices. Divine!
And that wasn't the end either.
A veal pamfleck prepared to melt in your mouth, in a minimalist presentation, topped with BBQ sauce. As a side dish, fried endive sprinkled with black sesame, zucchini sprinkled with small croutons, and tartar sauce. Ugh!
When you think you can't take it anymore, they ask you "E dolce?" And what will I do. I opted for the caramel and peanut parfait and I wasn't wrong.
All of that, along with a sweaty bottle of white wine, made for a truly memorable meal, and the establishment itself and the very friendly staff are an additional reason to visit Lilit and try what I've described or something else from the menu. I'm sure you won't go wrong.

Excellent cuisine and raw materials, cooked enhancing the flavors. Rabbit pastry with brown stock is definitely worth mentioning.

One of the best places in Salento.
Enchanting, romantic and thoughtful.
Surrounded by greenery, a cinema entrance!
There is the family that divides itself between the living room and the kitchen and Giulia is perfect in the kitchen.
There is the quality of homemade products and those chosen by local companies.
The menu is small but it is well thought out and changes every season.
There is the possibility of tasting a 3 or 5 course menu.
Local wine list and not great.
They can buy their products including bread, jams, sweets, etc.
It is also possible to book genuine and abundant breakfasts and to stay overnight.
