I had the pleasure of getting to know this enchanted place last night during the night of San Giovanni: Sun Lilith, a format created for this summer night, among popular beliefs, exclusive drinks and refined, refined and high quality food. Their wonderful breakfasts had often been described to me but this splendid event was enough for me to understand how much care and love this farm is managed. The kitchen team for this event was selected with a particular eye towards teamwork aimed precisely at obtaining very high quality. Sure that the daily brigade is of the same level, I recommend my readers to go and meet Lilith. Reserved parking for guests.

One of the best places in Salento. Enchanting, romantic and thoughtful. There is the family that divides itself between the living room and the kitchen. There is the quality of homemade products and those chosen by local companies. Excellent wine list Giulia is perfect in the room. It is also possible to book unique, genuine and abundant breakfasts.

A casual discovery of the place initially. We then purposely returned to try the cuisine, and went with 2 other people, so 4 in total. Yes, a farmhouse, renovated and very well looked after. Looking around and furtively peeking at what those who are already seated to tempt their palate are eating, you understand almost immediately that you are not in a "rough", rustic, rural environment but that the refinement of the renovation will also affect the culinary preparations. The description of the menu does not always manage to enhance the study behind the dishes offered, a study that shapes and then approves the imagination from which they arise. It is therefore not the place for a big binge but rather for eating a normal quantity but to be savored with great intensity and at the right times. Having said this, it seems superfluous to point out that the prices, I would rightly say, are not those of a hosteria. Quality, study of dishes, passion and professionalism have a cost that is worth paying. We will soon be eating there again, in the meantime I can strongly recommend it to those who want to eat well and in a place that alone deserves a visit.

Beautiful garden inside a farm, excellent tasting menu: you can also choose some dishes from the menu, otherwise they'll do it themselves. The fusillo with tongue and salted lemon is excellent, the baked ricotta is also excellent (I would never have said it)

Location molto suggestiva ma esperienza non da voti pieni. Siamo stati accolti e fatti accomodare in maniera molto sbrigativa ed il cameriere che ci serviva sembrava essere di malumore. Un attesa abbastanza lunga prima che venissero a prendere gli ordini, malgrado il ristorante non fosse assolutamente pieno . Non ci sono state spiegazioni dei piatti ma abbiamo dovuto sollecitare noi con domande . Eravamo in 5 quindi abbiamo provato diverse pietanze : alcune indubbiamente molto buone ma altre assolutamente no. Sinceramente non credo che ci torneremo .

In una splendida location tradizionale, abbiamo potuto assaggiare piatti cucinati splendidamente, a metà fra tradizione e sperimentazione. Il servizio al tavolo impeccabile. Assolutamente consigliato!!
