We stayed at this property with friends for a few days. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the food. The staff was extraordinary, especially Claudio. The lady with the spoons 😅

The hotel was perfect. The staff were very helpful and professional. The food was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. I highly recommend it. The owner was exceptional. Excellent entertainment, led by Alfred. A good distance from the ski lifts and the town, with a shuttle always available. The bartender, Claudio, was extremely knowledgeable and excellent. I highly recommend him.

I stayed with my son, my husband, and friends this week. We returned Friday evening and are already thinking about returning next year. We stayed for 5 days, but if it hadn't been for work and school, we would have happily stayed another 5. Everything met my expectations. I should start by saying that I've never been to the mountains, never been on a ship, never been on a ski slope, but it was all beautiful and better than I could have imagined. My experience was especially enhanced by the comfort of the hotel, its strategic location, the 24-hour entertainment for my son, both from the Mammut entertainment team and the on-site games room. The shuttle service that took us to the slopes in 10 minutes, accompanied by staff members, entertainment staff, and sometimes even the owner of the property, a humble and genuine person, and the on-site ski equipment rental service. The simple and authentic food, and the always helpful and kind waiters. From the piano bar, led by Alfred, who allowed me and many other guests to get involved and have fun together, creating wonderful moments. The hotel is the only one in the area with a swimming pool with very hot water; a very pleasant experience. Thanks to the super-punctual cleaning ladies. Everything was beautiful!!!

I stayed last week with my family and friends. I recommend this hotel, whose staff and entertainment are always available. It has a convenient shuttle service. Our kids had a great time in the pool, and we relaxed. It's close to town. Excellent value for money. We'll be back next year.

Fantastic experience! My girlfriend and I stayed at this wonderful hotel at the end of January and had a wonderful time! The hotel is huge and has every comfort you could possibly need. The rooms are a little dated but spotless and fully equipped! This hotel is also ideal for those who love skiing, given its proximity to several ski lifts. The various shuttles are very convenient, taking guests from the hotel to the slopes in just a few minutes. Having taken advantage of a half-board deal, we also tried the restaurant. The service was very fast and attentive, and the food was delicious! I especially wanted to thank the wonderful Alfred and the young man who works at the bar! We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. Excellent location for the Ovindoli slopes, friendly and welcoming staff. The entire entertainment team was excellent. Lots of amenities, from the super-heated pool to equipment rentals and entertainment... excellent value for money.
