We joined some friends who were staying there. 80s style 4 star hotel. The cuisine is good. The gem is the entertainment, specifically Alfred, a marvel with his friendliness, involving you in all the activities he organises. I highly recommend this property.

Let's start with the positive things. Very kind staff both at the reception and the entertainment guys. Hotel offering a very nice indoor swimming pool (pity a little cold some days). Disco rooms, billiards and games room certainly an excellent service for adults and children. Now the negative things. Small and ugly rooms, very small shower definitely not 4 star. A slightly sub-standard restaurant, the thing that certainly lowers the rating is the breakfast which if you don't arrive within 5 minutes of opening you won't find anything and they won't replace it, same thing for the dinner starters. Once these things are sorted out, it will definitely be a pleasant place

It's the third year we've been going but this year since we were alone at Christmas we thought we'd spend it there. excellent choice. ALL wonderful staff, fantastic entertainment (thanks to Alfred and his boys), delicious food, maximum availability in satisfying the customer and friendliness. We will definitely be back... like feeling at home. BRAVI!!!

We spent Christmas in this hotel for the first time and I must say we had a great time. The owner is very kind, as are all the staff from Martina at the reception to Mattia the manager, to Vincenzo the maitre, to the always nice and helpful waiters. The shuttle service is excellent and takes you anywhere for just a few euros without having to take the car. The excursions organized by Alfred are fantastic and, in my opinion, are the real gem of this hotel. The entertainment staff know how to entertain both children and adults at any time of the day with infinite patience. Alfred is a true professional always ready to put a smile on your face and with him days at the hotel are truly more fun. Well done guys, thanks for the lovely holiday you gave us. We will definitely be back

We spent a wonderful Christmas in total relaxation and fun... thanks to all the hotel staff from the ladies who clean the rooms who are kind and friendly and always smiling, to the restaurant staff who are understanding, efficient and extremely helpful and finally a thank you infinite to Alfred and his entertainment staff who are superlative..... Sofia, Giovanni, Filippo and Celeste who are the icing on the cake of this splendid holiday ❤️see you again very soon because we will definitely be back .

We stayed in this hotel with the whole family and everything was perfect. Friendly staff always ready to satisfy our every request but the real gem of this hotel, a big surprise for us, was the entertainment staff headed by Alfred, a true entertainer with both adults and children. Thanks to them, Christmas 2024 will remain an unforgettable moment for us. We will definitely return to this hotel to spend more unforgettable moments.

I stayed for four days in this hotel. Let's start by talking about the structure. Leaving aside what all the other reviews say about the structure which is now dated, what is not good is that if a soap dish in the shower is wobbly it must be replaced, things that are broken or almost broken must be replaced. So I advise the manager to ask customers if there is something wrong so they know what to replace. For the rest, the structure is very clean and there is no shortage of services such as a swimming pool (water not cold for me), games room with ping pong, table football and a room for the little ones. Plus they organize excursions and more thanks to Alfred's entertainment group, who is a very nice and competent person (my friends). For the rest of the staff, they are all very kind, but they lack a bit of professionalism. As for eating, the dinners were excellent, the only flaw being not being able to choose dessert, while the breakfast is not up to the level of the dinners, let's say in terms of sufficiency. I conclude by saying that the extra star I gave it is certainly for the quality/service and price ratio.
