Although the interior decor appears dated, the restaurant, the friendly and polite service, and the quality of the food are impeccable. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty, but only sweet. The entertainment staff is present, helpful, and professional!

We found this hotel through word of mouth, and our stay did not disappoint. We spent four days at this hotel located in Rocca di Mezzo, Abruzzo. It's surrounded by greenery and perfectly organized to accommodate even large groups like ours (90 people). From our first contact with the manager, Nicola, we received a warm and professional welcome, despite the numerous unexpected issues that arose during the booking process, including confirmations and cancellations. Upon arriving at the hotel, we found the staff attentive, helpful, and always ready to meet our every need. The daily cleaning of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, a detail we greatly appreciated. The food was plentiful, varied, and of high quality, with dishes to suit everyone's tastes, adults and children alike. The quality-price ratio was also excellent, truly competitive for the services offered. A special mention goes to the patience and helpfulness of the staff, both administrative and operational: always present, kind, and ready to address any need with a smile. The hotel has provided comprehensive equipment and adequate spaces for shared activities, meetings, games, and relaxation. Special thanks to the children's entertainers—engaging, creative, and caring—who made the stay even more peaceful for parents, and to Alfred, an expert guide for walks in the beautiful woods surrounding the hotel; an added value that allowed us to discover the natural beauty of the area in complete relaxation. One aspect that needs improvement: increasing the number of disabled restrooms on the ground floor.

We stayed at the Grand Hotel delle Rocche for a weekend in the mountains, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The property is surrounded by nature, just minutes from hiking trails. Welcome and Staff: The staff was very friendly and helpful, ready to accommodate every request with a smile. Check-in was quick and seamless. Rooms: Our room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The furnishings are a bit dated, but overall functional and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and equipped with everything you need. Amenities: We really enjoyed the indoor pool and relaxation room, perfect after a day outdoors. There's also a children's play area, making the hotel family-friendly. Restaurant: The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied, with both sweet and savory options. Dinner was also satisfying, with simple but tasty local dishes. Price/Quality: Excellent value for money, especially considering the location and services offered. Conclusion: Recommended for those seeking a relaxing mountain holiday, with comfort and a warm welcome. Overall, the stay was pleasant and I would gladly return.

Great experience, we had a wonderful time! I came from Friday to Sunday with my parents, and we had a wonderful stay. The reception staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful :-) The triple room was perfect in every way! The hotel restaurant has an agreement with The Fork; in fact, I booked both dinners through the app and we ate wonderfully, delicious food! The entertainers were very good and friendly (it's a shame I wasn't able to do the excursions due to my short stay, but I'll definitely be back :-)) The indoor pool was lovely (I also did water aerobics in addition to some nice, refreshing swims), and the solarium was lovely with a beautiful view of the mountains! My parents and I were very happy and satisfied! The hotel is close to the center of Rocca di Mezzo by car! It will be a pleasure to return when we can :-))

Located 500 meters from the center but surrounded by greenery, with a peaceful view. Excellent service, everyone is friendly. The rooms are small but super clean. The food is good, and everyone is helpful. The rooms are from the 1980s but are tastefully decorated and super clean. The indoor pool is warm and clean. There's entertainment and a guide for morning walks, and horseback riding. Excellent drinks, a disco for young people, and ping pong. I'll be back on August 9th. Pets are welcome and are perfectly cared for. Thanks to the entire team.

Great location, with many services, top entertainment and many opportunities for pleasant moments. Beautiful rooms and a wide menu, recommended!
