Excellent grilled seafood and spaghetti with sea urchin sauce. The mixed fried fish ordered by the table next to ours also looked good.

I've eaten here three times. The food is very good, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The portions are generous. I recommend the mixed fried fish and the shrimp tartare.

Le riviere a name a guarantee when we come to Varazze and it is a must to stop there to taste the true flavor of fresh fish a compliment goes to all the staff we will see each other soon

Locale accogliente e arredato in stile tipico ligure, con splendido dehors naturale nel centro storico di Varazze. Menù di pesce di qualità a €15 (due portate, acqua e vino; volendo con 20€ si ha una terza portata),sicuramente consigliato e in quantità adeguata. Accoglienza cordiale e informale; servizio clienti impeccabile. Sicuramente consigliato.

Ristorante situato nel centro fi Varazze gestito da ragazzi cortesi e preparati. Possibile mangiare anche all'esterno. Abbiamo preso spaghetti alle vongole, allo scoglio economico i ricci di mare. Orata al forno, frittura e ricciola con dugo di pomodoro e olive. Tutto molto buono ad un prezzo accettabile.

06/08/2025: Cena super da Alfredo a Varazze: vista mare pazzesca, atmosfera elegante ma rilassata. Ogni piatto una vera bomba, da chiudere gli occhi e goderselo. Marina semplicemente perfetta: sa tutto, ti guida senza mai essere invadente ed ogni piatto diventa un’esperienza. Un posto VERO, tutto fatto per bene. Torneremo di sicuro per assaggiare tutti gli altri piatti del menù. ♥️ BRAVI!!!
30/03/2025: Veniamo spesso da Alfredo perché i piatti sono ottimi, creativi e ben presentati ! Staff molto cordiale. Oggi abbiamo apprezzato un amuse bouche eccellente: una polpettina tiepida di guancia di dentice con mayo al limone. Poi abbiamo scelto due primi squisiti: fusillone di granano con crema ai ricci e risotto acquerello con vaniglia, zafferano e gamberi viola. Un’ottima scelta al porto di Varazze !

04/09/2025: Located in a central square, it's within walking distance and is a historic local restaurant. The service had some limitations, but sometimes an inattentive waiter in August can affect your rating, but the presence of a competent one made up for the first one's shortcomings. Paper tablecloths and napkins, a large outdoor terrace overlooking the square, which had a concert that evening that entertained us. We found the food excellent, and my trofie was plentiful.
