A truly enchanting setting... in the hills, with that ever-present, pleasant breeze that accompanies you throughout your lunch or dinner... the location alone is a treat. The food is always meticulously prepared, using local ingredients and/or the highest-quality products... it's family-run, and Emanuela is a true leader in the kitchen... a person who, even though I've had little time to get to know her, has instilled in me the values of the past: respect, determination, honesty... and she conveys all of this through her dishes, which are crafted with love, passion, and balance. We shared a starter—the inevitable cured meats—and then a dish that literally amazed me, from the plating to the dish itself... because this Mazara del Vallo prawn carpaccio was a modern take on the dish, with a tantalizing balance of flavors; it melted in the mouth. Sublime. Kudos to the entire staff, who seamlessly blend tradition with innovation without ever overdoing it. Well done...this is my second time and I can say that every time it makes me say: I have to come back again.

We had dinner in the outdoor garden, punctual service, informal and welcoming atmosphere, delicious food and well served, nothing to add, well done and keep it up!

What can I say: Le Proposte is one of those restaurants that makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Its cuisine is rooted in Piacenza's tradition, yet reinterpreted with balance, technique, and respect for the ingredients. The dishes are well-executed, coherent, and free from excess: you eat truly well, with flavor and without being forced. The culinary offering is solid, carefully curated, and designed to showcase the region with authenticity. The wine list is also very interesting: extensive and thoughtful, with excellent local selections and a few excellent ones from outside the area, demonstrating careful and never banal research. The service is welcoming, attentive, and above all human: you can sense a sincere desire to make guests feel at home, with attention that is never superficial. A restaurant that works with seriousness, consistency, and passion. A place that values the region, without unnecessary frills. Well done indeed.

Excellent location, average food

Le Proposte is located in a small village on the top of a hill, in a panoramic position. It has outdoor tables in the summer season. The internal room is very welcoming. The menu is very interesting, with local and traditional products. The staff are all very kind and prepared. The owners are also very welcoming. As always, we had a divine lunch. An experience of flavors. A place to consider when passing through these parts.

Bello e accogliente in un piccolo borgo delle colline piacentine. Pochi coperti in un ambiente curato che ricorda casa. Il servizio dei camerieri simpatico e professionale. Proposte in menu varie, della tradizione, con materie prime di qualità e cucinate veramente bene. Carta dei vini notevole con proposte interessanti anche non note. I pisarei strepitosi ottime le carni e sublime il dolce. Con la bella stagione si può utilizzare una bella terrazza, è munito di ampio e comodo parcheggio. Prezzi corretti. Tornerò sicuramente!!!

locale accogliente, proprietari deliziosi e personale preparato. materie prime ottime, cucina tipica ma con intromissioni pop molto equilibrate. dolci da non farsi assolutamente sfuggire, consiglio di lasciare un posto per provarli. torneremo più e più volte
