Le Proposte is located in a small village on the top of a hill, in a panoramic position. It has outdoor tables in the summer season. The internal room is very welcoming. The menu is very interesting, with local and traditional products. The staff are all very kind and prepared. The owners are also very welcoming. As always, we had a divine lunch. An experience of flavors. A place to consider when passing through these parts.

March 2025: I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday for lunch. Meanwhile, the view of the first hills of Val Tidone predisposes you positively. We were inside where the room is welcoming and well-kept. In summer there is an external veranda with a garden full of flowers and well kept. The service was very precise, the waiters were all courteous and attentive to requests. Menu with various proposals, Piacenza dishes but also something tasty. Very good first courses but particular praise goes to the truly special second courses. Price appropriate to the offer. Worth the money you spend. We chose the cold cuts starter with small hot and cold tastings. The baked pumpkin with balsamic vinegar reduction and the meatballs on mixed salad are excellent, as are the cured meats accompanied by small slices of bortellina (typical Piacenza preparation made with water and flour and then fried, not exactly healthy but very good and tasty especially if hot) As first courses, tortelli from Piacenza and Pisarei (very good) The second course is baked duck, culatello with apricots, baked goose with apples and braised meat with polenta, all truly exceptional. Homemade desserts; try the shortcrust pastry tart with warm strawberries and rum and the nougat with zabaglione. Interesting and varied wine list. I highly recommend a visit and would like to return in the summer to enjoy dinner on the veranda.

Bello e accogliente in un piccolo borgo delle colline piacentine. Pochi coperti in un ambiente curato che ricorda casa. Il servizio dei camerieri simpatico e professionale. Proposte in menu varie, della tradizione, con materie prime di qualità e cucinate veramente bene. Carta dei vini notevole con proposte interessanti anche non note. I pisarei strepitosi ottime le carni e sublime il dolce. Con la bella stagione si può utilizzare una bella terrazza, è munito di ampio e comodo parcheggio. Prezzi corretti. Tornerò sicuramente!!!

On the Piacenza hills this restaurant was a real discovery. A rich menu with excellent dishes, well presented and with a balanced taste. Kind and helpful, you were welcomed with courtesy. Wine list up to the menu. Also recommended for the splendid view

locale accogliente, proprietari deliziosi e personale preparato. materie prime ottime, cucina tipica ma con intromissioni pop molto equilibrate. dolci da non farsi assolutamente sfuggire, consiglio di lasciare un posto per provarli. torneremo più e più volte
