Ristorante Le Primè In Vado ligure

The fried food was excellent, a rarity to find such a variety and abundance. Trofie with pesto was delicious. It was a shame I missed the vegetable flan with Parmesan fondue; I think it was a frozen product. In any case, it lacked the attention to ingredients and flavor that the other two dishes displayed. The lady in the dining room was kind and welcoming. In short, the restaurant is worth a visit, but be careful with your choices.

Without a doubt, an excellent Sunday experience, excellent first course and excellent mixed fried food.

We decided at the last minute while we were on the beach to eat some fried fish. Among several options, we chose this one, and I have to admit, the fried fish was not bad at all, quite the opposite! Fried fresh fish of the day, with interesting varieties and quantities, and a light coating that didn't overpower the flavor of the fish at all. Plus, the service was very attentive and very kind from the lady. We'll definitely be back and bringing others because it's truly worth it!

What a surprise!! We had dinner on Sunday evening, excellent seafood dishes and very kind service from the owner. Excellent value for money; for two, we had two appetizers and two main courses, water, wine, dessert, coffee, and liqueur for a total of €70. Everything was delicious and incredibly fresh. We'll definitely eat there again when we return to Vado Ligure. Highly recommended. Congratulations again!!

Mientras nos alojamos en el Mare Hotel en Zinola (Savona) buscamos un restaurante cercano. Terminamos en Ristorante Le Primè en Vado Ligure, a la vuelta de la esquina del mar. El interior del restaurante era muy agradable, limpio y moderno. Estábamos con tres personas y pedimos el risotto con mariscos, espagueti carbonara y penne al salmone. Cada uno de los “primi piatti” se veía bien y sabía aún mejor. Como “secondo piatto” todos tomamos la escallopina al limone con papas fritas. La escalopina era muy sabrosa, jugosa con solo suficiente limón. También las patatas fritas eran buenas. Como bebidas teníamos agua con gas, cerveza italiana y vino tinto de la casa. El servicio era muy amable y los precios eran razonables, así que tuvimos una gran cena. Como nos alojamos en el Mare Hotel sobre una base regular sin duda volveremos de nuevo.
