Kind and friendly staff, abundant and varied breakfast, hotel and rooms lived in, the structure and furnishings need renovation, room lighting is poor and tasteless, dark wardrobe area, wardrobe positioned behind the entrance door with a Door limited to opening and with only 2 hangers. View from the room, from the North/East side, horrendous with very little privacy having a building next door looking in. Very non-functional fridge with no shelves, no compartments in the door. Very inconvenient electrical sockets in the bed area, positioned under a shelf. Car parking service not always guaranteed, uncomfortable and narrow as one car passes at a time. Room cleaning at the bare minimum, never changed the shower towel in 4 days. Hotel 4 Stars? Hard to believe.

I stayed for work. I found a good welcome, clean room, very comfortable bed. Breakfast ok

Visited during a work meeting. Large conference room, hotel also equipped with restaurant, covered and uncovered parking. Very good location because it is about 10 minutes by car 🚗 from the center of Vicenza
