Wonderful dishes. Prices a little high but justifiable by the quality of the food

Dinner with wife and 9 year old daughter. The Chef's availability in inventing something for the little girl on the fly and this alone is worth 5 stars. Then what can I say... you don't eat, you live an experience. Excellent dishes, plated to perfection and excellent service! Congratulations, the cost is worth the experience.

I had lunch in this restaurant on the occasion of the Christmas market...complete menu for the occasion included a starter of your choice as well as a first course, a second course only without an alternative, dessert at the price of €50 excluding drinks and cover charge Good cold cuts appetizer with a hot giardiniera in the center (2 slices of carrots, a small piece of celery, a bit from the 80s! If you serve cold cuts, don't dip it in the vegetables.... The first was the choice of gnocchi with cabbage and sausage or macaroni with bacon etc...overcooked!! small in size like children's pasta... except for the calf cover if I'm not mistaken Even though it was small in size, we shared a table with 2 people who like us were queuing to enter, they only took the meat and it was definitely bigger For that amount I expected a little more. Il ristorante si trova in pieno centro storico a Santa Maria Maggiore e, come da titolo, si presenta come un ristorante di classe, raffinato nel tovagliato e nell'arredamento, con chicche d'arte alle pareti. Il menù ha poche proposte che coniugano innovazione e tradizione con prodotti di stagione. Abbiamo apprezzato pane e grissini fatti in casa e la premura nel servizio, in quanto il personale era stato avvisato del poco tempo che avevamo a disposizione prima di prendere il Trenino del foliage. Abbiamo scelto come antipasti un tataki di cervo e un cappuccino di zucca e gorgonzola; a seguire i primi composti da ravioli del plin e tartufo ripieni di selvaggina e gnocchetti con funghi e baccalà; infine abbiamo scelto come dolci una torta rivisitata con pere e cioccolato e una variazioni di formaggi. Le proposte nel complesso ci hanno convinto anche se alcuni abbinamenti non hanno soddisfatto pienamente il nostro gusto. Prezzi più alti rispetto alla media della zona ma giustificati dalla tipologia di locale e scelte del menù.

We had an absolutely amazing lunch here. The food is fresh and simple and beautiful. And I bought a bag of their carbon breadsticks to take home because they were so good. I only docked stars on the atmosphere because there was a screaming baby in the restaurant the entire time

Today I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant where my husband and I found the staff kind, attentive and very professional. From appetizer to dessert they are all stellar dishes! Compliments to the chef. We will definitely be back. Super recommended

Alle Colonne da Gianni si mangia sempre benissimo, e questa volta ci ha regalato un'esperienza culinaria davvero memorabile! Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione e siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti, direi piacevolmente sorpresi. Dall'amuse bouche al dessert, tutto ha mostrato la grande ricerca che ha portato lo chef a valorizzare in maniera eccellente i prodotti del territorio e le ricette della tradizione locale. È sempre un piacere cenare alle Colonne!
