Everything about this experience was amazing. This is the best and most beautiful Masseria in Puglia - it’s chic, modern, 5 star service & beautiful surrounds. I will never get over how gorgeous this place is. We loved our stay including the pool, lush grounds, beautiful breakfast buffet and vegetarian Puglian tasting menu we did for dinner. Please dine in their restaurant it’s amazing - loved this huge balcony we got. Ask for room 31. The insanely big balcony gave us beautiful sunset views of the pool and olive trees.

The place is charming. I'm reviewing the restaurant as an exclusively vegetarian restaurant. The dishes are beautiful to look at and carefully presented, but not exceptional. The prices are higher than average, considering they don't serve meat or fish.

We ate at the masseria's pizzeria, a wonderful experience, a magical place. The pizza was truly delicious, with excellent ingredients (picked directly from their gardens) and dough. They serve a parmigiana starter and a side of vegetables picked from their land surrounding the masseria. Kudos to Daniele, the pizza chef, and also to Anna, the waitress, for the invaluable advice she gave us. The masseria is large and clean, surrounded by olive groves, sunflowers, and vegetable gardens. An experience definitely worth repeating, unique for the emotions it provides.

I went to Masseria Le Carrube for the vegetarian tasting dinner. Having been a vegetarian for six years, I'd never found such a delicious, organic, and authentic place. It was a wonderful, spectacular experience.

Eravamo molto incuriositi da questa masseria completamente vegetariana. Posto molto bello e servizio fantastico. Unica pecca è non avere la possibilità di scegliere dal menù, ma dover per forza prendere il menù fisso (60 euro a persona). L'esperienza però è stata piacevole e ne è valsa la pena.

Realmente disfruté de la excelente cena vegetariana en Masseria Le Carrube. El entorno y el ambiente era sereno con un excelente servicio. Solo desearían tener aún más ingredientes frescos de la granja de su jardín.

I went there for dinner last night, I tried the tasting menu: excellent! A vegetarian menu built on the products available in the garden of the structure itself, refined flavors, ingenious combinations, I'm surprised it's not a starred restaurant yet. I will definitely go back. Highly recommended to everyone. PS: the wine cellar available is also wonderful.
