Every time I pass through this area of ​​Rome, the Via Mantova osteria is a must. The fish is very fresh and impeccably prepared, plating included. A delight for the palate and the sight! Last time I tasted the anchovy pie with courgette mousse and the cappellacci with red prawns, chopped pistachios, lemon and stracciatella: something exceptional, compliments to the chef!
