Party of two dined here on May 22, 2025. The staff was great. Thank God they spoke English because my Italian is not so great. We needed gluten free options due to an allergy, and the waiter went over the menu with us to explain all of the choices. The grilled octopus was delicious. The Bacala (Cod fish) was amazing, as was the Branzino. For desert we had the cheesecake with strawberry sorbet…..another winner. This is not a tourist trap. It’s away from the craziness. It where the locals go for fantastic food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not regret it.

A true pearl for fish lovers! Osteria Via Mantova has become one of my regular stops: spectacular raw seafood, extremely fresh and presented with great care. Each dish tells of attention, passion and quality of the raw material. The menu is varied but never predictable, with balanced combinations and authentic flavours.

In an elegant, but not too elegant, environment, we enjoyed traditional fish-based dishes of excellent composition, the selected fish was fresh and prepared with care and experience. Everything I had the pleasure of tasting was remarkably good, from the starter to the desserts. Prices slightly above what they should be.

19/06/2025: The vast variety of doughs certainly immediately catches your eye, you would have to go every day to try them all. Large and very down to earth place, good service, the waiters are nice and the gentleman at the cash register welcomes you with a beautiful smile and when it's time to pay he offers you the bitters and gives you a ciupa ciupa. Everything I tried was delicious and at excellent prices, I do not recommend the oreo semifreddo because it arrives frozen and is not very good, ordered twice on different days. The ducle nero cake is good but I would accompany it with ice cream or more sauce. It's a shame that on a Saturday evening there weren't two dishes on the menu. I would recommend placing hand paper in the women's restroom. Better to book on the weekend. I will definitely go back.
12/05/2025: Excellent pizza and a great selection of beers. I also recommend it for the environment. Great plateatico.
