Stamattina ho deciso di visitare Sant'Arcangelo e per puro caso mi sono trovato in questo ristorante bellissimo. Ciò che mi ha colpito subito l'accoglienza del personale e del proprietario, mi hanno invitato a visitare le grotte dove stagionano il pecorino . Iniziato il percorso del menù degustazione. Non sto ad elencare le varie pietanze ma tutto buonissimo. Per tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato abbiamo pagato poco. Complimenti a tutti e alla prossima

Today, in Santarcangelo for work during the lunch break, we decided to treat ourselves to a culinary experience at the Lazaroun Restaurant. What can I say, a good choice as usual!
The restaurant, with its rooms created in an ancient building, has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the furnishings are very refined.
We started with a tasting of pecorino cheeses, of different ages, with a mix of jams to accompany them.
As first courses, we chose a risotto with porcini mushrooms, rustic pappardelle (beef ragù cut with a knife, peas and tomatoes) and an off-menu item, tagliatelle with mushrooms... everything was really excellent and well prepared, from the cooking of the pasta to the flavors of all three dishes.
Then we moved on to a "tomahawk", to be shared by three with a portion of wild country herbs. I must say that the meat was amazing and certainly the extra something of the place.
Finally, the service was impeccable with attentive and courteous waiters. We also visited the caves where they refine the cheeses.

Restaurant in the beautiful village of Santarcangelo, very welcoming and tasty, with a cellar to visit!
The appetizers with various local products are worth tasting without forgetting the selection of cheeses.
The first courses are really excellent, I recommend the passatelli with white ragù and hazelnuts, really good!
As for desserts, noteworthy are the semifreddo and the waffle with mascarpone and berries.
The service needs to be improved slightly for which I gave it 3 stars, but overall it is an experience that I recommend!

È la seconda volta che vado con mia moglie e mia figlia a mangiare in questo ristorante scoperto l’estate scorsa di passaggio da Santarcangelo. La cortesia del proprietario nell’accontentare l’ospite non ha davvero uguali. Sabato non c’era posto e l’ho sentito davvero dispiaciuto dopo aver tentato di sistemarci in qualche modo o quindi ho spostato la prenotazione a Domenica. La location, l’atmosfera e le grotte tufacee lasciano
Letteralmente senza fiato.
Arriviamo finalmente ai piatti in una sola parola superlativi: cucina ricercata con sapori tradizionali e ottimi a differenza di ormai tanti ristoranti dove cercano sperimentazioni che non riescono.
Cena abbondante ma ci siamo tutti alzati con una leggerezza ormai inusuale dopo le cene ai ristoranti a dimostrazione della qualità eccellente dei prodotti usati in cucina. Indimenticabile e consigliatissimo il piccione in padella. I crostini indescrivibili…
Prezzi assolutamente nella media per piatti che avrebbero potuto costare a ragione veduta molto ma molto di più. Complimenti davvero al proprietario perché ormai di ristoranti così ce ne sono sempre meno!
