Not cheap, but the food, service, and friendliness are adequate. Recommended.

Discovered by chance, a real surprise. Excellent, carefully curated food and a noteworthy wine list. After dinner, you can also visit the ancient tuff caves. I'll definitely be back!

A wonderful restaurant—in the heart of Sant’Arcangelo di Romagna’s historic center—set in a 15th-century building, tastefully restored and furnished, and divided into several dining rooms (each more beautiful than the last). The real gem, however, is the underground cave carved into the tuff: a long corridor leading to various caverns used for maturing cheeses and cured meats. The service is truly impeccable, and the ingredients used in the dishes are absolutely top-notch. My only small complaint: the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms I ordered wasn’t entirely to my liking. I did, however, find the pan-fried wild country herbs sublime. Prices are high, but appropriate for the location, the high quality of the service, and the culinary offerings.

First time at this historic restaurant in Santarcangelo, it was a wonderful discovery. The staff was attentive, friendly, but not intrusive. The appetizers included cheeses (made in-house) and cured meats. The tagliata were perfectly cooked with unique pairings. The quality/price ratio was right. I recommend it.

I was very satisfied!!! It was my first time eating here with my kids. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was incredibly kind! Not to mention the refined and elegant atmosphere. The cover charge included bread, piadina, and various flatbreads, and with my coffee they brought me delicious cookies and donuts. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

A historic restaurant in the center of Santarcangelo, featuring characteristic caves where their own cheeses and cured meats are aged.
Elegant decor, attentive, very kind, and helpful staff.
The dishes are truly delicious and impeccably presented.
The ingredients used are truly excellent and expertly prepared, and the cheeses are truly amazing.
The location and location are reflected in the prices.

When you enter this restaurant, the courtesy and welcome are unmistakable. I was enchanted by the beauty of the restaurant, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, encapsulating within its walls the deliciousness of the cuisine, which smells of home, with a touch of glamour and refinement.
The atmosphere is pleasant, very quiet, and the staff are attentive and courteous.
As a welcome, we were offered a taste of aged cheese accompanied by watermelon jam. Spectacular.
I had the pleasure of rediscovering a dish that reminded me of my childhood: passatelli in brodo, which I highly recommend.
With the tagliata al aceto balsamico, we paired it with a 2004 Sangiovese, preserved in the 14th-century tuff caves located beneath the restaurant.
At the end of the evening, we were kindly accompanied on a tour of the entire restaurant, including the caves below, which, in addition to telling the story of these traditions, are stories that enhance the restaurant itself.
Reservations are recommended, although we popped in and found a spot without waiting.
The restaurant is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and easily accessible on foot from nearby parking lots.
