27/02/2025: Osteria del Sostegno is a charming spot with warm and attentive service that makes you feel truly welcome. The indoor space is intimate and always bustling, but we were lucky to grab one of the few outdoor tables on a sunny February day. Heaters kept us cozy, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. We started with a delicious appetizer of artichokes and mozzarella, both fresh and flavorful. My friend ordered cacio e pepe, and in a delightful surprise, the waiter brought me a small tasting portion—such a thoughtful touch! The parmigiana was incredible—rich in flavor yet not heavy. The staff was engaging and made the experience even more enjoyable. For two people, including starters, pasta, and water, the total was € 73, well worth it for the quality and experience. Highly recommended for an authentic and welcoming Roman meal!
