Ristorante incantevole a gestione familiare e già questo il più delle volte è una garanzia. Tutti molto gentili e super professionali.
Tutti i prodotti davvero di qualità persi o il cioccolatino di accompagnamento al caffè (Baratti Milano) ottimo!
Gusto raffinatoin ogni piatto per palati altrettanto esigenti e raffinati. Ho provato il menù degustazione completo che mi ha ricordato i sapori della cucina abruzzese, rivisitati in chiave moderna.
Impiattamento perfetto.
Esperienza sensoriale eccellente.
Proverò sicuramente in futuro a soggiornare anche nella masseria di cui mi parlava il proprietario. Se tanto mi da tanto...sarà sicuramente incantevole.

First time at L'Ancora and I can say that we really enjoyed it. They know how to work the fish with simplicity and essentiality and it is immediately clear that there is great wisdom. Fresh, excellent ingredients. A journey from the appetizer with seafood salad (top) to the first course with homemade tagliolini to the second course with grilled meat, three courses that can be fully enjoyed. Good regional wine, proportionate bill €60 each

Excellent fish restaurant. I tried the tasting menu.
The very well presented dishes had a common denominator: refined products of the highest quality.

Historic restaurant in Giulianova.
The interior smells of history. The owner is always present in the kitchen at the age of 93. The cuisine, despite the lady's watchful eye, has evolved without forgetting the classic and historical recipes. Well done. One of the few times afterwards I can say I ate truly fresh and perfectly processed fish. The raw food was really very good with excellent quality/price. The grill, on the other hand, is to be had, the scampi and the monkfish I will dream about at night. Skeptical about the combination of dessert, initially, only to then discover that, in addition to being entirely homemade, even the babà, the mandarin in 2 pieces went perfectly with the hazelnut namelaka. The lemon sponge with raspberry jam is also divine.
I can't wait to return and perhaps get to know the owner who made his children fall in love with their work, leading them to serve customers with extreme professionalism.

I booked for a lunch for 2 on a Sunday, there was no one else in the venue. We ordered 2 second courses of fish and 2 glasses of wine. We were offered dessert and a digestive. The fish was quite fresh (approximately 4 days), cooked very simply but in small quantities. The bill was €75. The place is nice but located on state road 16 with not the best views (in front of an abandoned car wash and next to it another hand car wash).
On the way out the appetite was certainly not satiated.
