Very special - let's say a vintage B&B. Very cosy, small rooms, low ceiling ... which gives you a feeling of an experience from another period. What is really outstanding is the level of customized service orientation from the young and extremely motivated staff (which is nowadays pretty seldom to find) - combined with great dishes and locally sourced high quality ingredients. And of course a wine list like no one - wine makers who I would consider as revoluzzers ;-). If you are looking for posh hotel than it is not your place but in case you looking for something unique this is the place.

We ate in the restaurant. The staff were very polite and attentive and our meal was excellent. The decor was also beautiful.

I went skiing in Corvara with my son for four days, and we found the Ladinia to be the perfect base. Yes, the rooms are comparatively small, but that's something to be aware of when you consider the history of the hotel. But the charm is all the more intense. The breakfast buffet is more than adequate and truly delicious. For an afternoon snack, there's delicious tea and a daily selection of cakes. The portions of the evening four-course menu, while not generous, are of high quality and absolutely sufficient for us. And just as important for us was the fact that the ski slope is just 10 meters from the ski cellar, and from there, you can reach the gondola in 20 seconds. We would definitely come back!

The hotel is a bit old. But with great attention to detail. We weren't that happy with the food. In my opinion, price and performance do not match here. We didn't spend the night here, just ate. The terrace is beautifully sunny and right behind a ski slope. But stopping for a moment and eating something isn't really suitable. It's too expensive for that here. A soup with 5 tortellini for 23€ is rather expensive.

we had dinner at the Ladinia restaurant. refined and very original cuisine, at the same time faithful to the Ladin tradition but innovative and creative. the raw materials are of high quality. the staff is very kind and very well trained: we were looked after by a very well trained and truly courteous boy, Riccardo. the dishes are truly original and excellent. the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, typical of Val Badia. highly recommended!

Best restaurant in Corvara in a unique location that evokes an atmosphere of times gone by. The refined menu reworks traditional dishes in a surprising way: you are pleasantly surprised and satisfied. Special mention for the rose cake!

01/03/2025: Ich war hier am frühen Abend wo das Lokal noch weitestgehend leer war. Ich kam ohne reservierugn und wurd recht schroff begrüsst. ich fragte nach einem freien Platz für mich alleine. Kurze knappe Antwort: ich habe keinen freien Tisch. Auf aktiev Frage meinerseits dufte ich an der Bar Platz nehmen. Der Rest des Abends war umso besser. Der Service ansonsten war aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl in der Speisekarte sehr gut. Pizzen in allen varianten dreifach gegart, dunkler Teig, heller Teig, etc. Die Pizza ist geschmacklich top. Man versucht in vielen kleinen Details zu überraschen und Dinge anders zu machen. Das Konzept geht auf. Die Preise sind gehoben aber noch ok für das was geboten wird. Ich hatte alleine eine Rechnung von 70 Euro, es mir aber auch gut gehen lassen. Das einzige Manko war also die Begrüssung und der Eindruck das der Chef/Inhaber (?) eher griesgrämig durch seinen Laden läuft. Lediglich Stammgäste oder Bekannte wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst. Auch merkwürdig, dass nach mir mehreer Walkins an Tischen platziert wurden, mit einem begrenzten zeitfenster, aber immerhin. Komisch, dass mir das nicht angeboten wurde? Nur ein Gast an einem Tisch an dem 2 sitzen könnten? Schade. Würde man hier anders auftreten wäre es ein nahezu perfekter Restaurantbesuch.

21/02/2025: We stayed for 5 days in this property on a half board basis. Very kind and helpful staff and managers, who also adapted the menu for my vegetarian requests. Simple but spacious and functional room with mountain view. Very good food and wide choice of starters. Right portions. Varied breakfast with lots of homemade desserts... delicious butter biscuits! The only flaw is that it was not specified that the half board did not at least include water. For the rest we felt at home. Advised! We will be back 😊
