I was lucky enough to live next to this restaurant for a few years and at every opportunity we went there for both lunch and dinner.
Every time friends from outside come in search of typical and particularly good cuisine, we come to the Villetta. The buffet starter is highly recommended and surprises us every time with the freshness, goodness and variety of the dishes available.
Best scampi cream risotto I've ever eaten in my life.
The staff is always ready, helpful and kind.
One of the best restaurants in Rome in my opinion!!

A historic pizzeria in the neighborhood, simply furnished, but with excellent service compared to the seats available. Excellent Roman-style pizza with good ingredients, good tiramisu too, well made mascarpone and cream. The location next to the Roman walls is beautiful

Nothing to say about the food, appetizers and traditional dishes are plentiful and good.
However, I feel like giving an opinion on the "pet friendly" welcome. Having booked a table with stroller and large dog (very good, polite and used to being in these contexts) upon our entrance to the external veranda, where we had been placed by them, we didn't even have time to take off our jackets and we were immediately asked by the waiter to relegate the dog to the corner of the table (which is extremely small in size and not suitable for him), providing as an excuse that the dog could have annoyed the nearby tables, which remained empty like almost the rest of the room for the entire duration of the service.

Nice place. Yes you can eat both inside and outside. Generous servings, meat and fish for all tastes. Good quality/price ratio. Friendly staff. Special mention for the desserts, there are many, all prepared by them and delicious.

Siamo andati con un gruppo di amici e parenti.
Abbiamo mangiato bene. Ottimi i tempi delle portate. Personale e titolari disponibili. Pesce alla brace buono, risotti anche. Vasta scelta di dolci e sorbetti preparati molto bene. D’estate nella parte esterna del locale si sta benissimo.
Attenzione a non seguire le indicazioni di Google, per arrivare facilmente, passare da piazza Ragusa.
