Abbiamo preso una cena da asporto ieri sera, per mangiare in camera in un breve soggiorno nella splendida Calcata.
Cibo di ottima qualità e veramente squisito, primo piatto con tartufo fresco e falafel così buoni mai mangiati.
I ragazzi sono gentilissimi, e non è un modo di dire. Gentilissimi davvero.
Lo trovate sulla discesa che accede al centro di Calcata vecchia.

Cibo buono, pochi piatti ma ben preparati.
Ottima vista dalla terrazza, un po’ triste il locale all’interno.
Da migliorare: il servizio, per quanto accogliente e disponibile, un po’ troppo “caciarone”; l’attesa per i primi è stata importante; il conto inaspettatamente salato

We went last Sunday to this charming trattoria overlooking the Treja and the splendid village of Calcata.
Crostoni with egg, Colonnata lard and black truffle are truly top-notch. The gricia with the addition of broccoli cream and the pappardelle with wild boar are also good. Recommended for those visiting Calcata.

Surrounded by greenery with tables positioned in various terraced areas that offer a picturesque view of the Treja stream valley and the medieval town of Calcata.
Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. The cod meatballs with lemon are excellent, the medieval sweet and sour roast is tasty, and the slices are of high quality. Rock music for all tastes.

We had lunch here on a sultry Sunday. The view from the terrace is worth it, but the rest didn't convince us much. The waitress Federica was very kind, however, regardless of her, the service should be more attentive. We entered, no one welcomed us, the owner, sitting at the table, showed us a free table at the back without accompanying us or getting up.
Tonnarelli cheese, pepper and lime dry and quite tasteless. Medieval pork too full of spices, the taste of the meat was not noticeable. Long waiting times to get the bill.

I sincerely recommend this place. We went for dinner for 8 people, all the dishes we ordered were very good. Very nice service, great views. I definitely recommend the food.
