A fantastic place, we had dinner on the terrace overlooking the sea which welcomes you in an intimate and relaxed environment that immediately makes you feel at home with a band by the pool. The staff was very professional and prepared. As soon as we arrived he showed us the catch of the day. The dishes are prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, refined but at the same time simple. They welcomed us with an entrée offered by the restaurant. Next we ordered egg tagliolini with really excellent scampi and sea urchins and fried calamari with potato chips. I will definitely come back!!!

Nice location with a nice terrace overlooking the sea but places are few and it is advisable to book. Sophisticated food but the combinations are not always right, the lobster tagliolini, the baked fish and the fish of the day are excellent, the fried seafood is of average quality. Good selection of wines and decent desserts

Outstanding restaurant, beautiful views of the bay from the terrace tables, excellent food and impeccable service. We really enjoyed our evening meal with the three of us trying out different dishes- my wife had a substantial pasta with prawn and sea urchin, my daughter had the pasta with artichoke and mushrooms and I had the slow cooked pork with foie gras- superb! We weren't guests at the hotel, but the staff were welcoming and looked after us very well. We booked again for a few nights later as we so enjoyed our meal.

Excellent fish dinner, in a relaxing environment with a splendid view. Each dish is refined and presented impeccably, the risotto with burrata and prawns is truly special!

Hotel Aldiola Country Resort

12/11/2024: A paradise immersed in the greenery of Gallura! About 5 km from a small but charming village, this resort is only 20 minutes from the sea. A little isolated if you choose to travel on foot, I recommend having your own vehicle available to be able to better enjoy the nearby wonders such as the Liscia Dam and the Millenarian Olivastri just 20 minutes away. If you need to relax your body and mind this is the right place! Very clean and welcoming rooms with a beautiful view of the lake, the beautiful swimming pool not to mention the sunsets that the place offers! Good restaurant with good service, friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful experience. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended
07/10/2024: Beautiful, quiet location. Nice rooms with a very nice view, although you can hear the neighbors in the room very loudly. The food is very mediocre, and the staff in the restaurant is unfriendly.
