01/08/2025: We had an unforgettable evening. Quality products cooked with great skill, but the highlight of the place is undoubtedly Max, who entertained us and made us feel at ease.
15/07/2025: Where do I start... the place and location are truly divine, a very quiet and welcoming place, dishes based on the freshest fish and prepared in a sublime way... very polite and professional staff... you absolutely must go and try the cuisine of BOLINA and the friendliness and stories of Max ò sub... 5 stars truly deserved

17/08/2025: We had lunch during the week of August 15th and had a great time. The appetizers were good, except for the tuna with pineapple and lime sauce, which was like eating only pineapple...the tuna was completely lacking in flavor. The beef and cod tartare were decent, while the battered shrimp with almonds were excellent. The first courses, spaghetti with sea urchins and spaghetti with fruit, were good, and the gnocchi with cheese, pepper, and summer truffle were excellent. The fregola with clams and zucchini flowers was adequate...the clams were large...we could call it a fregola with zucchini flowers and escaped clams. The fried food was excellent, dry and golden. The desserts were good. Overall, not bad, there are some improvements to be made, but both meat and fish are good.
