Tenía antojo de una buena carbonara y un poco de filete. Así que cuando escuché que esta simple joya escondida tenía ambas, tuvimos que probarla. Escondido por la pista de aterrizaje, el restaurante tiene el interior de una cabaña de madera. Los chefs realmente se enorgullecen de su comida y sirven comidas abundantes a un buen precio, así que pruébelo. Disfruta Pd - Pide que tu filete se dore por fuera de lo contrario lo cocinan sin mucho color.

I've been going to La Scarpetta for a couple of years, especially when there are dinner parties. The food is very well prepared and excellent. The friendliness of the owners is unique. I recommend it

I went to eat at Andrea's, obviously in his restaurant La Scarpetta, for 2 evenings. Every evening was a discovery of flavours, revised by Andrea, according to his inspiration and his grandmother's recipes. Excellent restaurant, strong flavors, delicate and surprising at the same time. The environment is intimate with few seats, which is what I prefer. Clean, informal and wooden. After dinner I stopped to chat with Andrea who told me his ideas on cooking, excellent ideas. A piece of advice, in November, unfortunately, the type of service changes, so I recommend everyone to try this amazing little restaurant. If you don't try it, you will regret it.

We ate spaghetti with cheese and pepper, tagliatelle with meat sauce and tagliolini with mushrooms. All three dishes exceptional. Very courteous and kind staff.

On the recommendation of a work colleague whose favorite restaurant is La Scarpetta, I went there twice this year. Once in winter and once in spring. What can I say? I was also blown away by the fresh dishes, especially the pasta. Top.

30/03/2025: Sangkuriang is a popular West Javanese folk tale, telling the origins of Mount Tangkuban Perahu, with the main character Sangkuriang falling in love with his mother, Dayang Sumbi, and his struggle to marry her. The following is a summary of Sangkuriang's story: The beginning: Sangkuriang was the son of Dayang Sumbi who was abandoned and then raised by a wild boar. Reunion: Sangkuriang grew into a dashing and powerful young man, and without realizing it he returned to his birthplace and fell in love with Dayang Sumbi, whom he considered a beautiful woman. Marriage Conditions: Dayang Sumbi, who realized that Sangkuriang was her son, refused to marry him and gave conditions that were impossible to fulfill, namely building a lake and a boat overnight. Failure: Sangkuriang tried hard to fulfill these requirements with the help of supernatural beings, but Dayang Sumbi managed to thwart this plan in various ways. Mount Tangkuban Perahu: The boat, which was almost finished, then overturned and became a mountain that resembled an overturned boat, which became known as Mount Tangkuban Perahu. Moral message: Sangkuriang's story contains a moral message about the importance of respecting parents, rejecting desires, and not forgetting one's origins

04/05/2025: We can only give 5 stars here. A super friendly team. The rooms are very modern. The pool can even be used at the end of April. Great breakfast! and unfortunately we only know this from stories, a great evening menu. Unfortunately we didn't know this beforehand. The head of the house cooks the menu himself every day. Even at breakfast nothing was left to be desired. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. What's also great is that you can use public transport to the nearest towns (Merano, Bolzano) free of charge. We'll definitely be back. Kind regards Florian and Heike
