Fantastic food. What a wonderful owner and chef who cooks from the heart. You can taste and hear his passion. We were amazed and will be talking about it for a long time. Truly delicious food and drinks.

What a surprise: I hadn't heard of La Scarpetta, but four of us decided to try it for lunch. The menu is Roman-style, so we ordered a gricia, a carbonara, a cacio e pepe, and a spaghettone al pesto. The portions were just right, the ingredients were top-notch (guanciale for the gricia and carbonara), the pasta was perfectly cooked, and the presentation was in keeping with the menu and location. Being close to Bolzano Airport doesn't bother us at all. The owner, Andrea, is a chef and mainly takes care of the first courses, as does his partner, Adriana, who takes care of the second courses. Both are also dedicated to service. They are two enthusiastic and hard-working young people who also try to offer themed evenings, such as Sardinian cuisine or a seafood evening featuring a 1 kg lobster per person. The prices are more than fair, like Andrea and Adriana. I almost forgot: a dessert of chocolate mousse with chili pepper and two affogato to round out the lunch.

Super gastheer / kok met een passie voor lekker eten en goede wijnen. Samen met zijn vrouw. Laat je vooral adviseren!
Het ligt naast het vliegveld, dus af en toe wat lawaaiig. Maar zeer de moeite waard.

Tenía antojo de una buena carbonara y un poco de filete. Así que cuando escuché que esta simple joya escondida tenía ambas, tuvimos que probarla. Escondido por la pista de aterrizaje, el restaurante tiene el interior de una cabaña de madera. Los chefs realmente se enorgullecen de su comida y sirven comidas abundantes a un buen precio, así que pruébelo.

Pd - Pide que tu filete se dore por fuera de lo contrario lo cocinan sin mucho color.

I've been going to La Scarpetta for a couple of years, especially when there are dinner parties. The food is very well prepared and excellent.

I went to eat at Andrea's, obviously in his restaurant La Scarpetta, for 2 evenings. Every evening was a discovery of flavours, revised by Andrea, according to his inspiration and his grandmother's recipes. Excellent restaurant, strong flavors, delicate and surprising at the same time. The environment is intimate with few seats, which is what I prefer. Clean, informal and wooden. After dinner I stopped to chat with Andrea who told me his ideas on cooking, excellent ideas. A piece of advice, in November, unfortunately, the type of service changes, so I recommend everyone to try this amazing little restaurant. If you don't try it, you will regret it.
