A very nice place. Very nice service. The restaurant is rather full, especially on weekends, so it is necessary to book a table in advance. Food Very good, both dishes and desserts. Great bruschettas and pastas and even better desserts!

Abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante per caso perché eravamo a Predazzo di passaggio. Ho mangiato un piatto di tagliatelle fatte in casa con sugo di funghi e salsiccia locale e mi sono molto piaciuti.
Abbiamo accompagnato i piatti con una caraffa di cabernet e anche questo, seppur vino in caraffa, era decisamente buono.
Servizio impeccabile. Bravi!

We went to this place today for lunch. A small family group of six people. In an extremely pleasant environment, we were welcomed by young and attentive staff who showed very strong professionalism. The quality of the dishes turned out to be truly excellent, to the point that we decided to choose the primoteca as an essential stop every time we come to Val di Fiemme. In any case the restaurant deserves five stars. Top.

We come to this place several times a year, welcoming, good food, strudel to perfection. Too bad today the waiter asked us to remove the cutlery from the dirty dishes he took away and reuse them for the next course. I refused and I got clean cutlery, but these are small mistakes to avoid. The venison tagliatelle were all broken, this too should be taken care of more.
