Best meal I had in Trieste. Vegetarian friendly and nice wine selection. Great service.

Excellent Seabass with white wine and grilled vegetables. The Tiramisu was very good too.

A mediocre restaurant in a prime location with friendly service and reasonable prices. The Vino della Casa is decent :-)

We ordered 8 different dishes and every single one was sensational. Honestly can’t understand how anyone could leave a bad review. The place was absolutely packed, yet the service was exceptional. Without a doubt, this has been our favourite dining experience while travelling through Europe so far! ❤️🥂👍

The service was friendly and the food was delicious. The reviews were a bit discouraging, but we were actually quite satisfied. We had the spaghetti frutti di mare and a vegetarian version of spaghetti carbonara specially for ourselves.

Family-run restaurant in a central location. I sampled local cuisine (goulash with polenta and potatoes), fish-based pasta dishes, and fried fish. The goulash was very tender, the pasta portions weren't particularly generous, but they were lavish with seafood (spaghetti with seafood), and the fried calamari and shrimp were plentiful and well-prepared. Everything was accompanied by bread appropriate for the number of people, but they also added a basket of bread upon request, along with Malvasia wine (I recommend it). The only downside is that the restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes outside the menu, and the waitress (always ready to offer advice) doesn't remember the prices for them, but promptly and patiently asks the owner and returns with the requested information. It would be better to list everything on the menu. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are appropriate for the setting, definitely not expensive.

The food was divine; I hadn't eaten such tender octopus in a long time. The grilled calamari and mixed seafood spaghetti were also delicious.

Small and busy restaurant, sometimes you have to wait. Sea food is very nice, staff is kind, speaks English and German. We ate there several times without any problem. If you're in a hurry don't select this restaurant. We've been given extra limoncello 🥰
