Despite the late hour (10:20 PM), the kitchen was still open, and the staff was attentive and friendly. I was standing near the music booth, so they asked me if I'd mind if they'd turn it down. The food was excellent, every course delicious. I wanted to order a second course, but I couldn't stand it anymore. I highly recommend the lovely, well-maintained atmosphere. Stop by, you won't regret it.

04/12/2025: 🍝 - Food: 3/5 🛎️ - Service 4/5 📍 - Location & atmosphere 3/5 Lunch at Valentino was a true experience. I found myself at the heart of the most authentic tradition. I love traditional dishes: they're authentic, flavorful, and make you feel at home—even too much so! This is the only problem with Valentino: the care taken in finding the right balance between flavors and ingredients could be improved. The appetizers, in particular, need a little work. But then, when the fava bean and chicory puree arrives, you forget everything else, and your gratitude to the kitchen staff grows exponentially. Plus, exchanging a few words with Valentino is a real plus. He's a great host, with a smile and an infectious laugh, he immediately puts you at ease! If you're in Potenza and want a decent meal, Valentino is a good option, considering its location and easy parking.
