Traditional dishes not revisited, traditionally generous portions. Top quality raw materials. Fast and competent service: friendliness without much fuss. Environment not suitable for "location" enthusiasts, but intentionally provocative to shabby chic. 🤣

On Via San Vitale between Russi and Bagnacavallo, the Mascottino offers refreshment in the name of good Romagna cuisine. The place is quite busy due to the position in which it is located, internally it is certainly dated and spartan, old-fashioned trattoria style. We tasted the strong dishes of the local tradition: cappelletti with ragù, mixed grill, fried gnocco with squacquerone and cured meats. There are no words to describe its goodness and freshness and above all the quantity which is undoubtedly above average. A beautiful storm of genuine flavors delighted our palate also thanks to excellent baked potatoes and an excellent vintage Pignoletto.
The bill is normal, the staff at the tables are friendly and quick. Advised

Excellent place to eat with little expense and great return, the dishes are truly exceptional. The flaws are the service times and the somewhat haphazardly furnished place.
