We had lunch on Sunday at noon for the Ben Cuncià event. A taste of tanning polenta, too much butter, not enough cheese, quite bland. As a second course there was braised meat, very good, on a bed of tasteless white polenta. Like a sweet chocolate cake with vanilla cream, good, but... it was a taste. Very sparse menu and small portions. The owner is very kind, but a little agitated and anxious. It's Sunday morning, you can't run between the tables in sneakers. A couple less tables in the room where I had lunch would make the environment more comfortable. We asked for an Erbaluce, very good, but it was opened and left on the table. I think it would be appropriate to have the wine tasted at the head of the table and then served to the guests.
