The venue, on the port of Savona, has a beautiful view, a refined atmosphere, indebted to the most fashionable design influences in recent years. Good soundproofing and table layout. The ceramics on which the dishes are served are very beautiful. Extremely polite and professional service. The cuisine, which, as the name of the restaurant suggests, is inspired by Piedmontese tradition, is pleasant but without major surprises. The flavors are a little bland. The portions, on large plates, seem a little small. For the second courses, I would suggest increasing the vegetable side dishes, perhaps mixing some Ligurian first fruits with the Piedmontese meat. However, the quality of the products and the quality/price ratio are excellent. Recommended for a pleasant lunch on a sunny day, or a dinner, even a romantic one.

For work I frequently dine out and I only review a place after returning several times, having said this: The venue is elegant and refined and is ideal for formal business dinners but also for an evening in good company, allowing conviviality but also tranquility. I have no doubts about the quality of the dishes offered, this is a corner of Savona with the characteristic dishes and high quality found in lower Piedmont. The wine list is truly extensive enough to be a book but, when needed, I let myself be advised and the competence and courtesy of the dining room staff has never disappointed me. The "chef" (or simply "cook" as he likes to be called) pops out every now and then to greet and chat with the diners. The average price, from 50 to 70 euros, is higher than the average of the places in the area and is worth every penny. I recommend it for a dinner in Savona where you want to avoid fish dishes and where a certain elegance is required, particular attention to the guests or simply for a nice evening with your partner.

We are always happy to return to this lovely restaurant, a corner of Piedmont in the tourist port of Savona. Traditional menu with some more particular proposals, excellent wine list. Courteous and efficient service. In particular, this evening they literally "moved" the table for us, initially positioned at the entrance, to the center of the room .... an uncommon kindness .... chapeau. Highly recommended.

Restaurant Recommended by friends with high expectations; I only give 3 stars in general, due to the fact that they can do much better than this, also because in the presentation of the menu, which was not very extensive, several dishes were missing, so the choice was limited, I can say that however the products are of good quality but not exalted in the dishes, presentation of them without attention and care, although as I was saying, the raw materials appear to be of good quality, a touch of extra creativity would be enough to enhance the restaurant too, given the beautiful location with which it is Presents, really nice. (also made so by the good service of the two boys present in the room). Another positive note is the large choice of wines offered by the restaurant, really not bad, I have never had such a wide choice.
