An absolute must visit — authentic to the region in every way. The dishes were fresh, perfectly prepared, and bursting with genuine local flavor. Warm, welcoming staff and a cozy atmosphere made the experience unforgettable. If you want true Italian cuisine done right, this place is simply outstanding. Highly recommended

A good restaurant with great potential, but some flaws.
Generous portions, friendly staff, good wine, a very classic atmosphere, and reasonable prices.
The only drawback is the (lacking in flavor) dishes, which need revisiting, and the sparse atmosphere, which makes the sound booming and gives you a headache. Overall, good.

We visited the restaurant because of the good reviews.
For our starter, we chose the steak tartare. It was incredibly delicious.
Our main course was the cappelotti. Sensationally delicious.
The filling was superb, and the pasta still had a slight bite.
Unfortunately, the steak wasn't cooked medium as ordered, but rare. The meat is served sliced. That's when the chef could have seen how cooked it was.
When we complained, the slices of meat were taken away and brought out shortly afterward.
What a shame.

I'd like to give it 5 stars for the excellent food I ate at this restaurant, for the kindness of the staff, and for its beautiful location, but there's a catch.
One of the dishes we ordered was strangozzi alla norcina with mushrooms and truffle, but when we ordered, we were informed that the truffle was unfortunately out, so naturally, we were served the same dish without it. When it came to the bill, however, I would have expected a small discount, since truffles are not exactly an insignificant absentee, or at least a complimentary coffee or liqueur—in short, a small gesture of care toward the customer.
That said, I still recommend it if you want to try excellent local food.

Muy buen almuerzo al aire libre en la pequeña terraza en la parte superior de los escalones. La Carbonara que pedimos era bueno y una gran porción, suficiente para 2 personas! Buen vaso de Prosecco y una cerveza, redondeado la comida.
