We love coming to La Forestera every year 😋 - not only the food, the view but also the friendly staff are worth a visit, it'll soon be that time again, we're counting the days... we'll go there as soon as we arrive 😊

Great experience in Ischia. We went to eat pasta (Carbonara and gorgonzolla), both spectacular. The place is very cool and the service is very good. I highly recommend it.

It's definitely not the latest trendy place but you go to a restaurant to eat (or at least you should) and La Forastera is where you eat. Simple dishes, I took penne alla boscaiola which was enough for 4 (really good) and a scallop with lemon, a bottle of sparkling water and a coffee: the bill was 27 euros. I advise.

Excellent spaghetti with clams, fried very fresh anchovies, and above all fried well and served piping hot. Generous portions. The place is informal but very quiet and welcoming.
