My family has been frequenting this restaurant since 1983. I still remember the charming old trattoria on the ground floor of the old house as a child. It may be a few years, but whenever I set foot in Amatrice, I always gladly return to recharge with their delicious food. Nando and Angelo are fantastic. Recently, I've also tried their arrosticini, which are delicious and unique, different from ours, but I loved them.

You could stop at the appetizers, they're so delicious and plentiful. But both the first and second courses are worth trying; everything is excellent and served with friendliness. Highly recommended!

The farm is the place where you eat not "a" matriciana but "the" matriciana. Very friendly staff and a playful atmosphere. Always a confirmation!!!

What can I say? 5 stars aren't enough. We've been going there for years. The food is impeccable in terms of quality and quantity. The service is top-notch. Nando, you're number 1 for friendliness and everything. Highly recommended. We'll definitely see you again. You're fantastic!

-Beautiful location -Good appetizers -Very good arrosticini with potatoes -Embarrassing first courses. I've never had a gricia or an amatriciana, similar to pasta with oil and cheese and pasta with tomato sauce. -There's no menu. You don't know what you're eating or the prices. You basically eat what they tell you. 😂 How clever! Serves 4 4 mixed appetizers 2 mini first courses 3 portions of arrosticini with potatoes The requested salad never arrived 3 waters 1 can of Coke PRICE: 120 euros (up to you)

27/09/2025: We happened upon this restaurant for lunch by chance, and we can say with certainty that the place is enchanting, surrounded by nature, and the food is excellent, especially the grilled meats and arrosticini. The service is very fast and impeccable, but the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms could have at least included a hint of a mushroom. There's a flaw, but it was still good.

06/06/2025: My mother is a guest of the facility and she is fantastic...I recommend it above all for the professionalism and preparation of the specialized staff as well as for the kindness and availability of the owners. Thank you so much for how you take care of your guests.
05/06/2025: L' OASI DEL COLLE is a truly special place, my mother has been staying there for a year. It has become her home, she calls the other guests her friends, the Oss are her angels. Yuri and Luana manage this facility excellently. In a phone call to a friend of hers my mother told her "I am finally enjoying my retirement". THANK YOU.
