The Fattoria is a certainty for those who want to eat a white or red spaghetti ala amatriciana made as tradition wants!!!! The appetizers are excellent and vary from the classic cold cuts with beans, to the freshest ricotta to finish with onion and tripe! For all tastes…. You won't leave the table hungry, and it's all made with excellent products and cooked with great experience! What can I say? To come back!!!!

All very good! We arrived at this very welcoming restaurant and we didn't have to choose or ask for anything, the staff served us a series of starters, all excellent, and continued with two first courses, an amatriciana and a gricia, both excellent. We had to give up the second course because we were already full even with the roast dishes with potatoes parading around the room they were really very inviting. To conclude, however, we were unable to refuse the pastiera tastings with the excellent bitters offered. Fast, attentive and friendly service. Prices more than honest. What more can I say?

Di ritorno dal mare,ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante,,,antipasto ottimo,i primi abbondanti e gustosi.sugli spaghetti all' amatriciana devo dire che non mi hanno entusiasmato,ma probabilmente visto il pienone e la preparazione al momento,ci sono state troppe richieste.dolce della casa,buon vino e servizio ottimo. Il proprietario simpaticissimo Lo consiglio

17/01/2025: I went to this intimate restaurant today with my partner, we had booked because the place is small and has few seats. I immediately loved the simple and well-kept location and the kindness of the waiter who accompanied us throughout the lunch in a professional and delicate manner. Mr. Mauro's cuisine is worth praising, such a large kitchen in a small place. I would have eaten the entire menu if I could. The beef tartare was highly appreciated, one of the best I have ever eaten, and the selection of cured meats they have is also excellent. The truffle tagliolini and the fresh desserts made by them are also delicious... I ate 3!!! The products are of quality and you can feel it. I can't wait to go back.

20/12/2024: The restaurant is located in Poggio Moiano in the Sabina area, an area rich in olives that produce excellent oil. The place looks like an 80s trattoria, but if you don't pay attention to the location but only to what you eat you have found the right place. The management is family-run, the owner is called Zoff due to his football past in goal, you will see him running in the rooms helped by his father while his wife takes care of the kitchen. I highly recommend you eat the macaroni which are very thin tagliolini with sauce.
18/12/2024: Today, passing through Poggio Moiano with friends, we went for lunch at this historic restaurant in the area. Truly a wonderful surprise. As soon as we entered we were greeted and shown to our table. For lunch we let the owner advise us. We started with an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses with a side of pumpkin, beans and oforatella, a truly excellent start. Followed by a typical local first course, macaroni with sauce. For the second course, a black pork stew with porcini mushrooms. All accompanied by a good local red wine. You absolutely have to come back to try other dishes.
