A beautiful spot in the countryside, surrounded by lavender. Recommended for families.

A charming location nestled in the Marche hills, with enchanting scenery. The pool is very well maintained and enhanced by a spectacular location. That said, my slightly lower rating is due to the room, and I'm sorry it lowers the overall rating. The room was in the farmhouse style, a common thread I appreciate, but it was shabby, albeit very clean. My biggest disappointment was the air conditioning, which was present, partly because it had been turned on upon our arrival and it was 33°C outside, and partly because it just made a lot of noise but didn't deliver what was shown on the monitor. We spent a scorching night, and this ruined everything. The owners are kind and helpful. We also had dinner at the on-site restaurant and had a very good meal, but the rooms need updating, and not just because of the air conditioning... I appreciated that the pool is for the exclusive use of the B&B rooms. Likewise, when booking, important events at the restaurant should be mentioned so that the guest can decide whether or not to stay on-site during such events...
