Saturday evening dinner with a couple of my best friends. We went to this wonderful place in the hills with a beautiful view. We dined outside; on these mild days, it was even a bit chilly (we women had to cover up). For starters, there was a platter of mixed cold cuts that they advertise as serving two people, but in reality easily feeds four. I'd say the beef tagliata with vegetables was excellent. Mine was slightly overcooked, while my friend's was cooked perfectly. Never mind...it was still excellent (polished). To finish, the tiramisu was simply divine! Don't miss it! Coffee made exclusively with a moka pot! Amaro is provided. Overall, the dishes were very generous and the prices were excellent. For everything we ate, we spent very little compared to other places.

Some things are delicious (cooked cheese, meat), while others are just okay, like the hastily grilled vegetables. But it's worth a visit: the old-fashioned atmosphere, panoramic view, and friendly, helpful staff.
