Exceptional dinner. Restaurant outside the city walls but close to Sesto Fiorentino. Beautiful garden. The Swami steak, fried mushrooms, and tagliolini with truffles were exceptional.

Food and atmosphere are very good, we were cool under an olive tree which protected us from a heatwave, unfortunately service was slower than we liked. Mind you we have nothing against slow food, to take it easy, food in fact arrived sooner than later but then we were “abandoned” there, wanting to get a dessert - which turned out to be strawberries with fresh whipped cream - eventually, and coffee.

Informal atmosphere, excellent food and service. We ate fresh porcini mushroom salad, Chianina Florentine steak, fried porcini mushrooms. Everything was excellent

Welcoming and characteristic Tuscan restaurant, located right on the hill! I went for lunch on a weekday and apart from the prices (not exactly cheap), the food was excellent!

The place is a bit out of town, but it's worth it, excellent food, homemade pasta, very tender meat, wines for all tastes, very friendly staff and fast service!

07/07/2025: How is it at Burde? From 10. Typical dishes of the Florentine tradition cooked to perfection. From crostini to livers, to steak passing through soups (the farro and bean one is a real delicacy) and first quality first courses. The stracotto is incredible. Very courteous and very helpful staff.
