I don't know why so many reviews are so negative and some of them baseless, I've always had a good time eating in this place. From what I know, the desserts are all homemade except for the truffles and there are those who say they are all frozen and most of them are bought but this is not the case, I can confirm it, then let's face it, out of 100 or 1000 people there will always be the one who says that nothing went well even if I doubt it, I read about a review of a cat's hair but you have to understand that when eating outside everything is not completely sealed and it could have happened that a cat snuck in... Having said that, they clean everything and work hard because one morning when I was passing by I saw all the pieces outside the kitchen hood that they were washing with the special nozzle, the one used in car washes, obviously you can't nitpick because there's always something, it's a place in the countryside and in the cities it gets even worse, trust me. They give fresh fish in seaside places where there is immediate sale but there you are not in a nearby sea area and it is obvious that it can be different but the quality of the food has always been there, I heard people at the table say that they also come from outside the region to eat, however you have to see with your own eyes and your palate to judge, the reviews can be counted but up to a certain point in my opinion. They also do takeaway if you want and in special cases like when there was covid, they will also bring it home if you are in the nearby area. There are those who wrote oysters in some reviews but they are not oysters.... they are cooked and they are scallops...
