We discovered the restaurant by chance, booked last minute, and found a table. We're already confident. We arrive and are struck by the dwarf statues and the view. What can we say, we've found one of our favorite restaurants in the eastern part of Genoa. The menu is very reasonably priced, including wines. Excellent food, delicious fried mushrooms. Tender sliced ​​beef, and the chestnut panna cotta was a surprise. Excellent service, prompt, attentive, and kind. We'll be back.

Panoramic location on the slopes of Recco, generous dishes (you can split them to taste different courses), excellent food, mostly meat-based, reasonable prices, variable menu (presented on the spot), friendly, professional, and attentive staff. A road that begins tortuously from Manuelina, continues through the vegetation until you find a climb, indicated by a restaurant sign, very steep, but doable. Once there, the atmosphere is peaceful, raised above Recco which at sunset offers a beautiful view. It feels like you've been invited to a party in a villa on the hills, the restaurant is in fact located in a structure that resembles this. The tables are set at a slightly above average level for a normal trattoria, the chairs however are very homely, made of white plastic. The menu is carefully dictated by a young waitress, in our case, very competent, attentive and helpful; this is also due to the fact that the limited number of seats, which consequently also creates a more intimate atmosphere, has the advantage of having to manage a smaller group of people more carefully. Starters around €11, slightly above average in terms of price-quantity ratio; The quality, on the other hand, is very good. Then we find all the first courses for €10: generous portions, excellent quality, and a focused selection of local products. The second courses are priced around €12, everything is very good here too. I won't repeat myself as they repeat themselves in confirming the quality. The desserts are good, I would add the tiramisu, but maybe we simply didn't find it that day. Let's say that for an important appointment, booking a table with a view creates a very pleasant evening that flows without realizing it until dessert. Parking is available, have a good climb to the top!

We stumbled upon this place almost by chance after a day at the beach. We were truly struck by the beauty of the place and even more so by the delicious food we tasted. Generous, high-quality portions. Fair prices. We promised ourselves we'd definitely return.

Wonderful discovery just a few minutes drive from Recco. Traditional Ligurian cuisine in generous portions, at the right price, all home-cooked with genuine products. Fantastic appetizers and first courses, highly recommended - rustic and familiar place just the way I like it.

once you leave Recco the road is full of potholes and climbing up there makes you a bit anxious, all in all the place, quite rustic, has a suggestive view of Recco and the sea; very good appetizers and first courses, you can feel that it is good home cooking....

Discovered after 25 years of summers spent in Recco... I think it will become a permanent place. Exceptional location, with a magnificent view. Very easy in the service, if we want a little retro, But the beauty is that (for those who don't like combed places) and you eat really well, spending little: €67 for 2 starters, a first course, a second course, a bottle of wine, water and two coffees.

Beautiful location (but a narrow mountain road to get there) with beautiful views. Local and uncomplicated food. The lady who served us worked super hard and was extremely friendly. We will definitely come back.
