The staff is always friendly and efficient. Very close to Terminal 2, but Terminal 1 is also within easy reach. They'll even offer you a coffee or a drink. That's not a given! Highly recommended!

Parking is just a two-minute drive away - super friendly and helpful staff 24/7. We had a 12-hour delay due to a strike, and they let me come and go with my car while I waited. On my return, the night staff (at 3:00 AM) offered me a coffee to help me get home. Really efficient - I'd give it double the stars if I could. As a frequent traveler with and without family, I'll definitely be back. Well done!

Ideal: because the official parking lots at Malpensa T2 were full, I used Kameha. Their parking lot is just outside the T2 grounds, but their shuttle bus takes you to the airport in 5 minutes. You do have to leave your car keys, but that didn't seem like a problem. They parked the car. On the way back, my flight to Malpensa was canceled, and I had to divert to Linate, so I arrived much later than agreed to pick up my car. That wasn't a problem: they're available 24/7. After a WhatsApp message, they picked me up right away at the departure hall.
