This hotel restaurant defies the belief that such establishments must be basic. The chef has an excellent hand for Ligurian dishes and fish. The wine list could be improved. Attentive and courteous service. Good value for money.

We had a very good dinner. Excellent food, well-served, and sophisticated dishes. Refined atmosphere. The only flaw, given the setting, is the paper tablecloth and napkins. Cloth tablecloths and napkins would have been much more appropriate.

We had dinner in this restaurant by chance but it was a pleasant discovery! The fried mushrooms, all the fish-based first courses and the mixed fried food were excellent! It was all very lighthearted!

27/08/2025: I don't usually write reviews, but when something strikes me, either positively or negatively, it's only right to mention it. Excellent service and staff, starting with the owner. We dined with our young son, who was more agitated than usual, and they helped us feel at ease, even covering our plates when they saw us get up. The food is divine, fresh and quite typical! The place is small but very cute!!! Prices are mostly very fair (€80 for a small bottle of wine, two appetizers, risotto, dessert and bitter, ALL FISH).

Pampa Brasserie

20/07/2025: Located in the center of Pietra Ligure, this brasserie is excellently run by professional and friendly staff. The place is beautiful, the food excellent. I recommend the hamburger, it's excellent. Kudos to all the staff.
14/07/2025: The meat was good and tender. It's best to book. We waited to be served, but it was worth it. Worth it.
