On an atypical day in January we even had the opportunity to have lunch outside. Everything is delicious and everything is also gluten-free because I have celiac disease. We ordered the crostoni with cuttlefish and porcini mushrooms as an appetizer and a soutè of mussels (huge) followed by tagliolini with clams and paccheri, anchovies, cod and yellow cherry tomatoes. To conclude, two panna cottas with their wild orange jam. Worth mentioning are the very kind restaurateurs. We'll be back!

A nice surprise on the way home. We were returning from Pisa airport after a tour of Flanders; once in the car we started looking for restaurants we had already tried, but they were already full or closed. During the search, Tiramestoli comes up, which only forces us to make a small detour. The place looks very familiar, the service is very courteous and it is easy to feel at ease.
We had some octopus with guazzetto with polenta, very tasty and appetizing. Next comes the spaghetti with seafood, also very good with cicadas, prawns and cuttlefish.
The sweet notes were a meringue with cream and salted caramel and a warm cheesecake with berries.
Needless to say, we will definitely return to this place. Thank you!

TOP restaurant for fish, Stefano DOC chef, and staff led by his sister, TOP.
If you are in the area, personally with the camper we stop at Podere Mortelliccio, and punctually set up at Tiramestoli. I highly recommend you stop by, we have been dropping by several times a year for several years, fish cuisine made with lots of love and taste, grilled with sauce, or fried, fresh and quality.
PLEASE NOTE, book in advance, where the food is good, it is easy to find it full.

I have been here with my family and some friends more than once and I consider Tiramestoli one of the best restaurants in Val di Cornia... and the reasons are different:
• The environment is refined, simple and welcoming; • The menu is short but well assorted, this makes clear the quality of the raw materials and speeds up the choice by the diner who hasn't come to the restaurant to read miles of cooking manuals;
• The dining room staff is prepared, kind and quick, they always make you feel considered and are also able to stop for a chat (even Stefano, the executive chef and owner, comes out of the kitchen when he can to say hello and have a chat with the diners );
• The dishes are a pleasure and truly very balanced (the last time there were 7 of us and we were able to taste more dishes, but with the same excellent result);
• Gluten-free in all dishes is a plus that should not be underestimated;
• The desserts are excellent, tasty and not cloying. They are produced directly by Francesca, Stefano's wife and pastry chef by passion. And what a passion, congratulations!;
• The wine list offers bottles within everyone's reach, both from the area and outside the region, no famous wines (I approve of this choice) but perfectly matchable with the various proposals on the menu.
• The bill, a sore point…no, it's not true! The price is also absolutely worth appreciating! It's very honest, in fact, I consider it below the local average and considering that at Tiramestoli you feel good and eat even better, perhaps it's even worth a few euros more than the final bill.

Excellent food and outstanding service
We had the great pleasure of dining at Ristorante Il Tiramestoli Di Vannini Stefano and can highly recommend this place. We were already impressed by the starter, a selection of regional specialties - a successful introduction to local cuisine.
For “Primi” I chose ravioli with a salmon cream sauce that was simply phenomenal. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the freshness of the ingredients was noticeable. My “Secondi” was grilled squid, which was presented to me before preparation – a great touch that highlighted the outstanding quality and freshness of the fish.
We also had a second ravioli variant with a leek, nut and cheese filling, which was also an absolute highlight. Every ingredient was perfectly chosen and prepared.
The wine list offers a large selection at fair prices, and we were given a suitable wine recommendation for the meal, which complemented our dishes perfectly.
Finally, we enjoyed a cheesecake and a pistachio cake for dessert - both irresistible and highly recommended.
The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and we would like to thank you again for the excellent food and great service.
We'll definitely be back!

Went on the evening of Saturday 2 November, beautiful place on an aesthetic level, very attentive and present staff, but always discreet. Let's move on to the menu proposal, we opted for 1 starter, 2 second courses and a fresh grilled fish. High quality of raw materials, I'm sorry because the little one in the house ordered a grilled fish, it was wonderful because it was his first time choosing what he wanted to be treated. The lady who cleaned the fish was courteous and perfect! As I was saying, to appreciate the quality of a product you have to taste it in purity, without anything and wow, the sea bream was spectacular!! The appetizer was a grilled octopus, tender and juicy, the devilled sea bream was very good according to the chef, the husband had the tuna and this dish was no exception.
I recommend booking in advance.

Dopo tanto tempo siamo riusciti a tornare al Tiramestoli per cena. Ottimi i paccheri con porcini e gamberi al peperoncino, così come l'orata sabbiata con patate. Buonissima la torta rovesciata con le pesche. Il personale è sempre molto gentile e sorridente. Prezzi adeguati.

Sempre ottimo, ma !
Andato come tante altre volte, niente da segnalare peri cibi sia come qualità che come cucinati. L'unica cosa, che l'ultima volta si è accentuata un po troppo è l'attesa. Già prendere la prima comanda, ma anche da questa all'arrivo della medesima (40'). Mi sembra una attesa esagerata ed anche i due camerieri faticano a controllare tutta la situazione e le attenzioni. Un problema organizzativo che non inficia l'ottimo pranzo.
