One of my and my boyfriend's favorite places, every time we pass by Carbonifera we always book with them. We have never been disappointed by this place and this time too it proved to be perfect!
The place is welcoming and really beautiful, particular and always has that reserved air! (The ladles around the room are the touch that makes the difference)
The owners and the guys in the room are really friendly and kind, always very attentive and always ready to give advice.
The food and the quality of the fish is truly excellent, dishes that are always present and excellent off-menu novelties that always follow the season.
I highly recommend this place and will be back as soon as possible!

Small but well-kept place, very courteous and helpful staff, not to mention the truly excellent quality and not too sophisticated food, from the fish served in all its forms, up to the rigorously homemade desserts, five stars well deserved, I will definitely return.
