Rude staff, 3 times the plate was taken away from me without having finished the course. At the end of the ceremony the valet insisted on having money, these things don't exist in a luxury villa. Halfway through the ceremony, 2 air conditioners were disconnected in a room of approximately 250 m2 with approximately 36 degrees.

We celebrated our wedding and thanks to the staff of Villa il Soffione we lived a dream. Thanks to Paolo who followed us from start to finish, satisfying our every request, thanks to Pasquale and Gino who, with their sweetness and patience, coordinated everything to perfection. Thanks to Lena who followed me in choosing the details and gave us very useful advice. I can only recommend Villa il Soffione, the structure is beautiful, the staff impeccable and the food exquisite, the guests were amazed

We celebrated our wedding on June 5th in this structure. Everything was more than perfect and everything went beyond our best expectations. First of all, the place is beautiful and the food is of exceptional quality, but the real strong point of the restaurant is the staff. They are people who always make themselves available with a smile and kindness, always trying to satisfy your needs. In particular Pasquale, Paolo and Gino with whom I dealt with were truly exceptional towards us and if I had to go back I would choose this restaurant a thousand times again. No guests but absolutely no one complained about anything, in fact everyone complimented everyone and everything. If you are undecided about which restaurant to choose to celebrate an important event, you won't find a better restaurant than this. 5 stars as a review and that's too little. Furthermore, the large and convenient car park represents a further strong point, facilitating arrival and departure without stress. The real strong point of the restaurant is the cuisine. Dishes are prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, offering an authentic and delicious dining experience. The varied and well-balanced menu caters for a wide range of tastes, from traditional to modern, ensuring that every customer can find something to their liking. However, there are some aspects that could be improved. Room service, although courteous, can be slow and disorganized during peak hours, causing longer-than-expected waits. This can negatively impact the overall experience, especially for those with limited time. Another critical point is the music. The music selection, sometimes too loud or not suited to the desired atmosphere, can be annoying and disturb the conversation between diners. In summary, Il Soffione is a restaurant that excels in cleanliness, convenient parking and quality cuisine, but could improve room service and music management to offer an even more pleasant experience to its customers.

Starting from the Staff, very kind, friendly and always available for all of us, everything was PERFECT! From the beginning of the service until the end of the event, a perfectly balanced and exquisite lunch, an enchanting villa overlooking the panorama of Bacoli. My experience with Villa Il Soffione was unique. The Staff, I thank each of them for their kindness and helpfulness, were perfect and assisted us throughout our journey. Lunch was perfectly balanced and delicious. The view of the natural splendor of Bacoli is priceless. And for me 6 stars would also be too few. I highly recommend it.
